great view and location very central, beach just over the road,Rooms all good. We were on first floor,no lift was a bit hard for mid eighty year olds ,manageress assisted with baggage, there is also a ground floor unit.

This property is in an excellent location. Dated inside however the view and swimming pool area make up for this. We will stay again.

Location and view was spectacular. The building was dated, but the apartment was spacious. For the price, it was everything we needed and we had a lovely holiday :)

Great location - amazing views, 3 min walk to convenience store for essentials, 1-3 min walk to great restaurants, beach across the road, 10 min walk to Caloundra boardwalk/cafes, thoughtful friendly helpful managers, a bit tired/dated in decor and carparks suited to small cars, but makes up for it in everything else, already booked again to come back!

The location of the unit was perfect for what we were looking for. It was directly over the road from the beach and just a short, easy walk to cafes and shops in the Main Street.

Amazing views! Room was spacious and light. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs, we were on the top floor and definitely got a work out.

Everything was great, beds were comfy, location was convenient to cafes, beach and pools.

We had a great stay at Capeview. Its location is very close to Kings Beach and nearby cafes and eateries which was handy. The view was the best I've experienced at Kings Beach so far. The unit was very clean and spaciously furnished in a light modern style. Our only regret is that we didnt stay for longer.

Great location, literally stones throw from the beach. Kitchen facilities were also excellent and bed was comfortable. Somehow WiFi kept dropping out, especially on laptop.

While slightly dated this accomodation was clean comfortable and all units appear to have wonderful Ocean views. Lack of a lift could be a problem for some but the managers will try to accommodate all needs. As a general comment, surely it is time all accommodation with onsite managers should be totally smoke free- including balconies. As the vast majority of people do not smoke, why should we suffer this poison which drifts from balcony to balcony and forces us to close our units to keep their smoke out?

Great location! Great for families. The room was very clean and had all we needed.

Our room was modern, fresh and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The views were wonderful and very close to many dining options. The staff were great. The only problem we had was, we were on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts. Fortunately the manager did help us up to our apartment with our baggage. Overall we enjoyed our time at Capeview

Close to the beach with beautiful ocean views. We could see the ships come pass, the cruise ships look great at night.
