The room was new and clean. But the fact that the air conditioning was not working was a big disappointment and they really didn’t have any staff for room service.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was always very polite and helpful. We thank them all again. The hotel is very close to public transport systems. Tram, bus stop and U-Bahn if you walk a little. We were very happy that it was close to the Central Train Station. The hotel is in a very quiet area. It was great that the windows of the rooms opened completely, so we could get plenty of fresh air. The rooms were very clean and stylish. The beds were very comfortable. There was no kettle, fridge etc. in the room, but we had chosen this knowingly, it was not a problem for us. If we come to Munich again, we would choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Very clean hotel room. Would recommend!

Lovely hotel and very convenient for Munich old town and the beer garden just up the road! The hotel is modern, clean and has enough room to be comfortable. The air con is a little dated, but kept the room cool enough for the summer nights. Parking is limited, but the spaces are large enough to accommodate vans etc. just have to watch the height restriction.

Great stay all around! I highly recommend it!

Clean and relatively new hotel close to main railway station

It’s great. Price is good. Near train station.

Front desk Staff was very very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was that the housekeeping did a terrible job keeping the rooms clean. Basically they just gave fresh towels.
