This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this Margaritaville. The property is showing some age. One of the sinks in our room didn't work, the water pressure is horrible and we were only on the 14th (of 18) floors. The room was clean but dated. And whoever puts a barndoor on a bathroom, really doesn't know what they are doing for a job. That is the dumbest thing ever. The staff is usually always friendly and helpful and this time did not disappoint. The lobby area is always clean, nice and smells of their signature smell. The rest of the property smells like pot. Open your balcony - pot. Go out by the pools - pot. Walk up and down the boardwalk - pot. The area seems to get getting worse as there is now more police presence and the some "interesting" people wandering around. The boardwalk area is nice to walk up and down as there are a few decent places to shop and eat. If you bring your own (or rental) car, know that it's $43/day to park there. It's a quick trip from FLL if you're flying in so if you don't need a car, it's easy to get a taxi (or rideshare). Overall - it's still a nice place to stay, but it's slowly becoming not worth the price.

We really like how everything was clean and updated. Everyone was friendly, it was not crowded and the food at the the restaurants was great. Loved that we were able ro go.shopping close by.

Excellent service, clean and quiet room with great oceanfront view. If you want a party, just leave your room and go outside to the pool area that has a DJ and games, and the Hollywood boardwalk is right outside the gates. Excellent restaurants within walking distance off the boardwalk on the entrance side. Really enjoyed my stay and was even able to check in early @ 12:00pm.

Everything is very good. Food is delicious. Pools are clean. Not crowded.

We had a great time!! Everything was perfect and easy, no complaints.

The location, the view. The restaurant not so good . Not enough things on the menu . And also very spicy. Need more options especially seafood.

Reception they check me out too early

Landshark bar and grill was not open during our stay which was disappointing. Would’ve liked another dining option at the resort. However we did enjoy our stay and would likely stay again.

Nothing but great things to say! This was our 2nd stay & we'll definitely be returning. Our bartender Diana at the pool was the best!

Perfect location

Overall experience was great. Loud ceiling fan and AC roof top unit (tight above our room 1807) made our nights miserable though.

The staff was very cordial and attentive. The areas were clean and well-maintained.

Our first but not last visit here. Staff very friendly and clean. Loved the decor and access to the beach. I've stayed at other resorts and usually at dinner time you need to find eleswhere to go. This resort always had something going on.

The best hotel and the best services

Our room had a great view and the staff was very nice. We had trouble with ants in the bathroom. Also, our shower head was broken. They came and fixed it but water still leaked so the pressure wasnt great.

Everyone of the resort staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Was given a room upgrade and several other perks at check in. Would definitely stay there again

Great area nice hotel but the carpet and floors really need a deep cleaning ASAP!
