Did not process pre-payment from Orbitz, did not recognize Orbitz as a vendor, charged me a second time for hotel rooms that were pre-paid, extremely frustrating experience, spent whole holiday trying to get refund from Orbitz. Very limited English speaking staff, although the website markets it. Do not stay, not worth the hassle.

Value B&B, breakfast was sufficent for our stay. Fridge in the room would of been great, think that is the only thing we missed. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. A short walk from the town centre.

The hotel met our expectations for a B&B hotel and hence the score. Staff were helpful with our enquiries. The hotel has car parking and was well positioned for walking into Reims.

It was quite small but suited our needs. Pillows very uncomfortable.

The hotel is basic, with not even a separate bar of soap for the sink (you can use the hair/body gel from the shower, which is conveniently accessible in the small bathroom). The breakfast was pretty sparse, especially for a French hotel. BUT the room was quiet and the bed comfortable, and the location right next to the train station is very convenient--they will store your luggage for you if you arrive early on your checkin day. The rooms don't have keys, you just get an access code, which is also your Wi-Fi access code. Recommended if you are looking for a place to get a good night's sleep without worrying about luxury.

Good stay

Very convenient budget hotel steps away from the main train station in Reims. Very close walking distance to the main square of restaurants and shops. Small, but functional rooms. Difficult to regulate the temperature upon arrival (air conditioning takes a LONG time to cool the room), but the window does open. However, if you're room faces the street and not the train tracks, it's likely that smoke will billow in from below. The noise of the trains rumbling through was minimal. The breakfast was sufficient to get your day started.

The hotel is in a hreat location. 5 minutes walk to train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and served from 5-10 am. The rooms are basic with few amenities, but overall the hotel is a good value.

Appears to be a fairly new hotel, and as such, everything in the room was in good condition and fully functional. Room is fairly basic and very clean. Furniture is of good quality, and the bed was very comfortable. A little more storage space would be nice, especially if one is staying more than just a couple of nights. For my 1 night, there was plenty. Bathroom is small and basic, but has a nice shower. Based on my experience, room size is typical for French hotels, meaning it’s small compared to American hotels, but the size was fine for me. Breakfast was very good with some hot selections as well - good value for the price. The small staff at the hotel were all very nice, and someone was always around that spoke English - which was good as I don’t really speak French. Very coveneniently located to the train station, although on the opposite side from the town center. However, it is a short and easy walk to get to a very nice selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Very short stay but we would like to go back for longer. Small area for unloading car, but secure parking nearby. Staff very helpful. Room small but very well designed. Breakfast excellent.

Basic room with all you need. Comfortable bed. Close to the centre of town, Cathedral, etc. Some train noise and vibration but this did not disturb our sleep (seemed to stop during most of the night). There is a couple of free parking spots at the front of the hotel. Overall good value for money.

This hotel was perfectly located - we arrived by train, which was only a few metres from the hotel. It was easy to walk across the linear park, straight into town - restaurants, cathedral etc. Also located very near car hire facilities. The room was very clean. The room was a little on the small side, but excellent value for money.

Glad I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. Great location, right round the corner from the train station, you can walk to the centre in less than 10 minutes. Room was just the right size, if you have huge luggages. It's basic, clean, convenient - that's what you pay for. Service at the reception was fantastic. They offer a discount for visits to Pommery and Mumm, if you book through them. I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. If you're desperate, there's a vending machine and a microwave at reception. Parking wasn't an issue either. If you're lucky, there is space for about 3-4 cars in front of the hotel. Otherwise, there's covered parking further down the road or there's meter parking on the street. Sunday's are free to park. Would I stay there again? Yes, so I can spend more money wining and dining!

Okay, about half the rooms face the Rheims rail yard yet the walls and windows are thick and there is little train traffic at night. It is quiet and for me it was amusing to watch the trains during the day. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small. It is somewhat like a college dormitory room. Mine had a double bed, a small desk and a chair. There is no minibar, no box of Kleenex, no terrycloth bathrobes and, like many European hotels, no American-style washcloths. Here's the good part: it's spanking brand new with proper smoke alarms and extinguisher in the hall; it's air-conditioned; its has an elevator; the petit dejeuner at 6 Euros is as good as many at 12 Euro; the décor is bright and modern and the price is right! Finally, I arrived at 11:30AM after an overnighter from Seattle and got my room immediately.

The staff were absolutely excellent - polite and very helpful. The room was very basic - bed, tv, towels, plastic cups. No soaps etc. It was very clean and well kept and the location is perfect for exploring Reims when visiting the area. The breakfast is the usual continental, everything was fresh and warm. For the price, it's an excellent deal.
