We stayed for 7 days and got 1 free water bottle in our room that’s it the old guy in front desk said we need to buy for 2 dollars if we want again but Expedia says it’s free water , VIP treatment is not true we feel unwelcome, place far from tourist spot ,I don’t recommend this hotel. No Aircondition too so it’s hot .

For a stopover it was ok. Parking directly in a parking at the hotel. No frigde in room and noise due to incoming airplanes. Overall, it was ok and the views to the lake gorgeous. By train, only 15 minutes to the city centre. Geneve did not work out for me, just not my city and my vibes.

The hotel is over the airport fight path but I didn't hear a lot of noise . It's like a 1 minute walk from the train station . It's 3 euro to take the train into geneva or the airport .The trains are frequent. Nothing much around the area (that I saw) . there is a grocery store right there . The area is clean and i felt safe

This hotel is in a perfect location in Versoix. There is easy access to the Coop, shopping and a variety of international restaurants. The real selling point is the view from the restaurant and rooms. I would recommend spending the extra money for the view rooms it is well worth it.

Great place to stay away from the hustle bustle of Geneva. If you are to visit Geneva, keep some waiting at the train station and a 30 min train in mind. Other than that, amazing place. VIP amenities. Their bakery and restaurant was super good and the view of the lake is even awesome.

I was giving a room with a view of the wall and car parking area at the bottom. Quite noisy area at night. When I asked for a quiter room/side, by calling down to the reception the inital customer service person, the telephone from the hotel room cut off. However, I went downstairs to request for another room and all that was to no avail. I waited till the morning and the customer service then authorised a room. I believe to be based on the noise and availability of the more better room with a viewof the lake, after I had presented the email that stated that I was entitled to a free upgrade as a Gold Member. Nevertheless, the agent gave us another stating that it had a lake view.. ??? The room had a view of the courtyard with no lake view.

Nice hotel right I the edge of Lake Geneva. Comfortable room. No tea or coffee making facilities which is disappointing.

Beautiful location and very clean.

The view was awesome overlooking the lake and into the Alps in the far distance. The reception staff were friendly and willing to help. I even get free parking due to the booking of a certain room. But there is one disappointment when hot water (shower) was shut off in the evening due to the entire hotel's mechanical failure. It didn't come back until 7pm the next evening (24 hours). While the mechanical failure might not be predictable, the problem was that the staff didn't notify us (by calling our room etc).... They never really explained to the guests in any way, or apologized, let alone compensate. That spoiled the experiece there.

Great location, great staff, excellent stay! Centrally located with plenty of shopping options around. Rooms are clean and have an outstanding view on the lake!

Great location from airport-almost on the lake-close to station to access Geneva CBD (15 min by train). Friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner options. Came with travel card-very useful. Highly recommend

Thank you so much. My VIP access was a private parking space, I think. I didn’t really need to have a that benefit because I was absolutely fine with train.

NO AC! Hot hot hot. Terrible linens and pillows. Staff was unfriendly. Restaurant service was slow. Views from your hot rooms were incredible. Sunrise over lake Geneva was spectacular

Kind Respectful

The view is great and near train station. However, during the warm months, the rooms are hot and stuffy as there is no temperature control in the rooms. The staff suggested we just open our doors to the balcony for a breeze at night. We did this and the room then filled with bugs (dozens covered our bed) and the sound of planes descending into the airport. The hotel needs to invest in screens. They also had window cleaners descending from the roof on ropes onto our balcony, which was unexpected. I'm sure this would be good outside of summer
