The rooms were nicely decorated

Basic hotel, needed doing up a bit. Stayed with a group of friends so good we could all be in one room. Staff very friendly and helpful

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I stayed in the basement, without windows, and the room was very smelly

Excellent city centre location with friendly welcoming staff. Good sized simple and clean rooms perfect for a short-weekend stay.

The hotel was lovely, warm and spacious all the staff we met while we was there was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast we had the in the morning was amazing would definitely recommend this hotel well worth the money !

Cheap and cheerful type of place. Except nobody was partucularly cheerful. It was clean enough, beds were ok. Room was very basic. Wasnt keen on the fire alarms going off at 7am for no reason. Okay for a night round the pubs with friends but yhats all!!

A twin room at the Printworks was the cheapest that I could get on short notice… and at £107 for the night, it was hard to see the worth. I arrived into my room with a window open and the heating on trying to compensate. The furniture was scuffed and draws didn’t have handles on, sheets felt like Velcro, tv and internet had minimal signal, and pretty sure there was a pube in the bath. Perfect stay if you are just going for a night on the lash.

The “pod” room we were allocated is not what we believed we’d booked, as we booked a “double”. There was barely room for 2 people to move past each other in it. The bathroom fan didn’t turn off so was hard to sleep through it. The bed sheets weren’t clean. The one pillow we each had was thin so we had to put towels underneath. At £130+, given the photos look pretty good, we expected far better from this hotel.

Stayed with a friend for night out. The room was tired broken furniture , cleanliness throughout whole hotel was very poor. Cups in room dirty, mould in bathroom. Finger marks on all glass furniture, broken draws. The mattresses had seem better days, y comfy due to springs being felt. Only one toilet roll on room which was half used. Room really cold in the morning and unable to change temperature. For the price we paid I’d expect to have comfortable clean room. Location was spot on but due to the issues we came across we would not book to stay here again. Couldn’t even get a wine at the bar due to having non.

We had a bath but no plug available. We had two towels, one of which was dirty. Very basic. The staff are great - very friendly.

School half-tirm and site seen of the city. At the hotel was it very good

City centre location is ideal. Was some noise from the street and local pubs but it didn’t stop us sleeping at all. Room was clean and tidy but just needed a bit of TLC. Bath and shower needed new sealant. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom. But heated floor and towel rail worked well. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. We didn’t eat or drink there so can’t rate these facilities.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the bathroom suite was dated and had marks all over it with the seals been full of mold. Beds wasn’t the comfiest but was good that we all had a single bed each as 4 of us. Nice sized rooms too. Good location. Was on second floor and no lift so had to lift our luggage up the stairs which wasn’t the best as very heavy.

Disappointing the print works was a last minute booking i had a basic room which had a bed and a small set of drawers with t and coffee overpriced i could not recommend

Hotel did the job required good sleep and facilities. Lacked windows but was just a base so ok for me. Centrally located. Value for the money paid

We arrived at the hotel and was really surprised how lovely it was was greeted by a lovely woman didn't get her name unfortunately we was mega early but she said we could leave our bags and asked if we wanted a complimentary coffee/tea which was lovely but we needed to head off to the beach had a lovely day at formby beach came back checked in by the lovely receptionist the hotel put us in the basement room which is not that bad like other people said it was but my daughter didn't like that there was no windows n a bed that was seperate (she sufferes from ocd) really bad so I asked the receptionist if we could swap if possible so she looked and then swamped us to the room upstairs which was lovely black and white room little things which needed concentration when cleaning like a stain on the wall n a bit of dust but we was only there for one night but if it wasn't for the receptionist we would have had an upset daughter all night. Came down the next morning for breakfast was really nice cooked really well,loved talking to the blonde hair women who cooks the breakfast. Would definitely come back to the printworks brilliant customer service and hospitality

The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and pubs. The rooms were clean and tidy. There's a couple of things to be aware of. There's no lift in the hotel, so if your mobility isn't great, make sure your room isn't on the top floor. If you're there for more than one night, you'll need to get your room card updated each day of your trip, at the front desk. We discovered that whenever we got to the top floor and couldn't get in. we had to go back down to the desk.

Upon arrival everything ok easy to find, the room was on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The wax was stinking and we also found a dirty sock behind the curtain. there was a lot of dust, and the sheets had human hairs on them.No toilet paper and the sink was clogged.The tub was slippery and dirty, towels that smelled and stiff We spent the night awake as 2 families near us have had an argument, which resumed several times during the night, constantly waking up my kids, who got scared.And we didn't even have a phone in the room to alert the reception.The pardons at the reception are uninformed and unreliable.At 8pm we asked for 2 pillows which arrived at 11 pm, and also we asked for sr they provided breakfast, but no one could tell us anything. a big no for me

Stayed for one night in a triple room, reception very friendly, we were early but they let us store our suitcases until our room was ready. Room was clean and a good size, it was a little noisy but you would expect that in a city centre hotel, it hasn’t put us off and we will definitely return.

Arrived a bit earlier than we said but that wasn't a problem,warm welcome.The room was just the job ,fresh and clean modern decor,great bathroom,we enjoyed breakfast and all in all just great especially the location.Thankyou would return.

Great location friendly staff , we had 2 rooms on the lower floor . Both rooms clean tidy and had everything we needed, bed comfy and shower was excellent . These rooms are below ground and has no window which didnt bother us We would stay again and look forward to it

Hotel was in the centre of Liverpool so obviously a noisy place to stay ,but you'd expect that . Room was spacious and clean ,air con not working (didn't affect our stay )and shower pressure sub standard . Staff were polite and helpful .

Staff are very welcoming, hotelclean and comfortable bed. Stay here all the time when in Liverpool.

Booked an overnight stay for site seeing the hotel room was basic but fine for what wanted and what we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly situated for shopping and visiting the docks.

It was noisy and our slew was interrupted both nights.

Worked out brilliantly for our group, nice room ensuite, great location, would use again.

Just a one night stay room was very clean the man on reception was very helpful would recommend for the price room 107

For the price the accommodation was superb! Great location. Spacious quiet room, very comfy beds, tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. Front of house really helpful. The rest of the hotel looked cool but didn’t have time to use other facilities.

Handy location, staff friendly and helpful, But stayed in the small lower ground rooms (04) and while clean was VERY small and being underground no light. But for what I needed it was fine

Stay here every time we go to Liverpool. Staff always helpful, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Highly recommended.
