Greeted upon entry. Everyone I encountered was nice and friendly. Came in for business. Room was nice and mostly clean except for the bathroom. Beds very comfortable and they accommodated my wishes for pillows and mini fridge. The tub needed some work and dusting of the shelves of the vanity especially since that’s where my towels were. Says in room service but there’s no room service. You have to go to the restaurant to place your order and pickup as well. It didn’t take a long time and it’s not that expensive but I was expecting in room vs having to go down to order.

Not my first stay. Staff hit it out of the park again. Miss Dionne is awesome. She check us in and gave us a nice room with a view. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel has excellent outside surveillance. No problem leaving our truck and trailer out in the parking lot. Can grab a bite to eat in the dining room, plus go have some fun gambling.

I expected a river walk since that’s the name. Only walking available was around the parking lot! And you can’t get to the river shore.

The beds were amazing and so comfortable. It stayed a little warm in the room and when the unit shutoff and had just fan it smelled like burned popcorn. But that could've been my sensitive nose. The staff at check in and out were so friendly. The only issue was the tv remote didn't work so couldn't check out on tv.

The front desk specialist you are very professional in everything you did and how you handled yourself in remembering the room issue. And for that we will be returning!!!

Room had a beautiful view of the river and was very comfortable. Casino does a very nice job of mitigating the smoke smell.
Only disappointing thing was the restaurant. Menu is different than what is advertised online. Food was mediocre. Tried for dinner and breakfast. Both were disappointing.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Bed was very comfortable. I loved the black out curtains. The casino was terrible, but the hotel stay was great.

The room was very nice and upgraded. Great bed. The hotel/casino is right on the Mississippi River which was nice to walk out front and see. Short drive to historic downtown for walking and eating options. Also enjoyed driving through Vicksburg Military Park. Loved the history of Vicksburg.
