Good location. Affordable

This place only has 3 rooms so theres no amenities but i booked for holy week less than a week in advance so i guess i was lucky to find it. Its just a basic place to sleep. The staff seemed to go out of their way to accomodate us so i cant really complain.

Clean and central to City Centre.

Had a good experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The air-conditions worked well. The power did go off one time during our stay for about three hours and it was hard to sleep, Otherwise, the staff were accommodating. They even had scooters you could rent if you don't want to take public transportation.

Room was clean and nice. No food or fridge. Must get delivery or go out to find food. There were quite a few stores within walking distance but the heat and humidity may make you want to use the trikes.

Good value hotel. Generally quiet & close to the airport. I would have given this hotel a rating of 5, except that guests next door to us talked loudky into the small hours of the night & one of them smoked just outside our room which came through the air conditioner

The room and the building is really clean. You can see the cleaning staff almost everytime at work somewhere. Not even a mosquito or any other insect in the room (very rare for the Philippines). The bed is really comfortable and at night its not noisy. The building is close to the port and in a good position (by scooter) to go around the island as well as to go to the most beautiful Panglao beaches.

Very convenient near airport and ferry terminal. Clean.

Clean and spacious room with decent WiFi. The hotel staff however wake up at around 6:30am and dont care if they wake you up with them and we had maintenance going on in the hotel. This meant that if you were able to sleep through the shouting and clanging of cutlery while washing up you would certainly be awake at 8am

Place is clean good for going to the beach with reasonable prices. Closer when you want to explore Bohol.

At $20 a night, this hotel is more than convenient. Well situated and quite pleasing, this is a good choice for travellers on a budget.

No restaurants or bars nearby. You will need a tuck tuck. Would recommend as a base to explore.The cheapest room we stayed in so far and at £12.00 a night it was the cleanest. Owner does not speak English that well Would recommend and stay again.

Clean, comfortable rooms with AC and a shower. We have been staying at this guest house for several years because the location is very good for us, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is great. This is a basic guest house in the Cogon area close to the old airport. It is not near any of the main tourist sites or beaches, but it would be good for backpackers that are interested in exploring by motorbike or locals that need to be in the area.

It is a very accommodating experience. Very close to home.

Staff were very helpful but some confusion about organising drivers and asked us to check in twice. One cockroach was in the shower. Otherwise excellent

The room was clean generally though the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and there was some rubbish left in the shower. Location was great for the airport. There is a mall nearby within 5 mins walk for jollibee, pizza and a supermarket (also had a cinema I didn't use). Restaurants about 10 mins walk away.

Very nice, clean, safe and comfortable accomodation. Good location close to the airport and sea port as well as the centre of Tagbilaran.

Nothing special

Great location and even greater staff! I would not have fully enjoyed my stay in Bohol had I not stayed in this hotel!
