The apartment was clean, well presented with great amenities and complimentary snacks. Good information about the Mansfield area and great communication from the hosts. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Well positioned in town making it easy to walk to great dinner options. Nice clean and comfortable apartment. Communication with manager was excellent making it all easy. Only downside was it was a little noisy in the morning when a nearby business started up.

Very comfortable and so convenient to shops and restaurants. Good facilities and we were well looked after with regular checks from Monnie and cleaning staff'

We elected to stay in a fantastic studio apartment that was well appointed, comfortable & even had some little extras. Great central location, balcony & heated floor in the tiled areas just made it cozy!

The apartment was great and Monnie was super responsive when we realised the beds were not configured for our group of 5. This was fixed promptly without any fuss. The space is great for a group and warm and cosy in winter. Thank you.

Great location, new, clean. Large room with kettle, toaster, microwave. Lots of little extras such as a selection of quality tea's, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Individually wrapped soaps and shampoo / conditioner, tissues etc. Secure parking.

I made booking through Expedia, arrived at hotel only to find out there is no booking under my name. Hotel was blaming Expedia and Expedia was blaming hotel. Don't realy care who was at fault, but they literally ruined our stay. I was travelling with my family of 2 little kids.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and a great location. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Great for a family of four skiing at Mt Buller. We had a two bedroom apartment for two days. We would book again. Pros: - Secure underground car park so we could leave the skis on the car overnight - Underfloor heating and hot towel rail in the bathroom to help get the ski gear dry - Quality beds and bedding - New apartments and well appointed - Aircon heating in the main room - Central location behind the supermarket - No traffic noise as it's a block away from the main street Cons: - Short on comfy seating in the lounge. Not a deal breaker but an extra couch would have been a bonus

Great central location in this gorgeous country town - plenty to keep you occupied and great food - three room apartment was perfect size.

The stay was amazing. As it was a road trip, tendency is for the trip is go well into the night. The owners were contactable after working hours which is great and they made the rooms easy to access.
