The property was nice. The lobby was a touch outdated & the same trash (old pizza box and door dash bags) was in the hallway from the time we arrived Saturday afternoon until we left Sunday at 11. Not a lot of late night food options near this property, but there are a lot of activities and dine in restaurants nearby. Parking is very accessible and convenient.

When they say reserve now, pay later, they still run an authorization prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, the employees were rude and disrespectful. The hotel in under renovation with outdated furnishings. Our washcloths were filty.

Great downtown location. Staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby undergoing some remodeling, but did not bother us.

Parking situation is terrible and it’s $12.50 should be free for hotel guests. Front desk staff were rude. Undergoing major renovations in main lobby. Won’t be staying again even if I was desperate. Not worth the money.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a king room with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was in a different room with a closing door between them and 2 TVs which was really nice for our 13-year-old. There was also a mini fridge and a kitchen area and the shower was huge. It was in pretty good shape but not brand new, clean but not spotless. The quality of the sofa and chairs were actually really nice and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable but so high it was hard for me to get into (I’m 5’6” but my 6’2” husband was fine). My son said the sofa bed was the most comfortable he had ever been on- memory foam. The bedding for the sofa bed was high-quality and adequate, rare. Our view could’ve been good but unfortunately we had a room that overlooked the trash containers in the alley to the side. It’s not a super tall hotel so I’m not sure any view would’ve been that great. We were only a few blocks from the Reds stadium, Mt. Adams, and CAC So we mostly walked everywhere including the riverfront. There were several restaurants close by (Bru was absolutely delicious- burgers and salads). We had nothing but trouble with our parking key card in the deck next door (paid for and programmed at hotel). I wouldn’t say the hotel staff went out of their way to provide a wow experience but they were nice and friendly. The lobby looked slightly rundown and there was no air conditioning where the Front Desk was (which was really rough on them!) I never smelled a luxury hotel scent (vetiver, etc).

This is a hidden gem in downtown Cincy. It's easily walkable to stadiums or anything else in the area. Parking is super convenient in a garage just steps from the hotel with self-parking for super cheap! I loved not having to wait for a valet or pay $40-50 just for parking (plus all the tipping that comes with it). Rooms were your average fare for this price range. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator. Other than a few very minor things, like the bathroom floor could use a good scrub, no issues with cleanliness. Hotel felt safe. Need a keycard to go up the elevators, and neighborhood was fine even coming back from a night Reds game. Front desk wasn't sure of the cost of breakfast because it's in the adjacent restaurant. I never did figure out the price. But easily walkable to plenty of breakfast joints. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at this hotel! I absolutely loved every bit of my experience! I highly recommend staying here!

The reason for the 2 stars is because we paid for the breakfast tht was to start at 0630. We were heading to see our daughter in florida and we wanted to get on the road early. But we just left at 0650 and the breakfast still was not open. Very upsetting
