The hotel is a very nice one and that staff are top-notch. However, I must stress on the fact that they need to work to improve the check-in experience as it was not seamless. Granted it was made more complicated by one guest who was checking out and who was being very loud and shouting at the receptionists. As a result they were taken up with this guest and I along with another person waited for what seemed like an hour. When that guest finally left, the staff expedited my check-in.
The facilities and amenities cannot be faulted. The spa as well lived up to the hype and was well worth the relaxing experience. Would highly recommend it, although I am told by locals that you pay a premium for it compared to other places around. Would not think twice still because you the reader know you’re worth it.
Staff at the restaurant were a bit aloof the one time I went there. They sat me down with the menu and then went away and did not come back. So after what seemed like 15mins, I just left. That was despite the restaurant being deserted with only one other family.
To be blatantly honest as well, the 5 star rating may not quite be accurate but that would not prevent me from staying there again. Please just improve the check-in process and the guest experience.

The sound proofing is so bad, I can literally listen to my neighbours. A kind of free entertainment but I am sure you don’t want to listen to the sound of toilet flushing from your neighbours.
The staffs are not very professional, lack of clear communication overall as I went their restaurants and the rooftop bar.

Did not have my reservation when i arrived and not given anything in return for the hotels error... staff unwelcoming... "free massage" with reservation is only 10 minutes, laughable... staff woke me up an hour before checkout to tell me to leave ontime or i would be charged... my king bed was two single beds at different heights poorly matched...needs new management and modernization

VERY slow check in process. 6 front desk staff with 4 monitors. Took 45 minutes to check in and there was no line. Just took my passport then told me to have a seat. No explanation given, very unfriendly, no eye contact. I felt I was annoying them by checking in. Once in the room, nice stay. Pool is unique but limited sun. Good central location to nightlife and felt fairly safe.

Had a great stay. The rooftop bar was amazing and the onsen was a relaxing time. Plenty of great food in and around the hotel.

A Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this establishment, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The staff were courteous and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
However, there were a few areas that needed attention. Unfortunately, my floor had a persistent pungent smell, which I couldn't quite pinpoint, but it wasn't pleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue soon.
The buffet was delicious, but I was disappointed to find no vegetarian options. I hope they consider adding some plant-based choices in the future.
On the positive side, the sauna and spa were wonderful treats that helped me relax and unwind. The gym, while not fully equipped, was sufficient for a daily workout routine.
The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It could get busy, but grabbing a cab or food wasn't too difficult.
Despite some minor drawbacks, I'm more than happy to return to this place and would recommend it to others. With a bit of improvement, it could truly excel.

My room drainage at the shower and sink seems have a problem, I raised concern about it but it wasn’t fixed during my stay, as their engineer department says it’s “normal” so i let it be since im tired from my flight.
Front desk staff czannel doesn’t have sense of urgency, keep me waiting for 20 minutes just to reactive my keycard. I wonder why they don’t have access to override such thing. Simple troubleshooting might help. Customer service is not genuine, non-chalant all the time. Thanks to elle for assisting me, specifically for my dry clean laundry that was on time.

I had an amazing stay at I’m Hotel. It was my second time there and I recommend it if wanting to be in Makati. The staff is so helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was not worth 888 peso, I should have asked to see the offerings first. Bread had flies around it, no orange juice or other juices just cucumber and ice tea, limited offerings, just not worth it. But the staff make up for any shortcomings the hotel have, my housekeeping attendant warm hospitality.

Pool and Onsen was nice, we also had a nice bathtub in our room. Great location!
The water dispenser on each floor was very convenient to fill up our drink bottle and kettle.
We could hear the street noise from the 17th floor and our view was of the building opposite, the fridge was not cold at all.

Hotel experience overall was OK, but I got a very smelly room the first night. Smell was in fact unbearable. I only was changed to another room the next day and had to wait another 2 hours upon checking in the morning. This was very slow and cost me time and nerves. I did not receive an official apology from the hotel either. The room after was OK. Suggest checking the room upon arrival as some of them seem to have mould or aircon problem

This is not a good hotel, and very far from 5*.
1) from you report something broken to something happens - 1 hr.
2) the gym was dark and couldn’t find a switch. 4 people had to come by to be able to turn on the lights.
3) the rooftop “restaurant”/“bar” - no ac, no doors open,no air, had to order by app and then tell waiter we had ordered. ( also no fish in the aquarium)
4) because of the time it took to get ERRORS fixed we didn’t try room service
5) noisy, the sounds from the elevator, people not shutting their doors, people noisy in Their rooms - sound travels thru walls and doors
6) check in/check out super slow, not 5* service
7) aircon very noisy
8) only shampoo and no conditioner in the bathroom
Staff is super friendly and really try their best, so this is more a structural problem.
The rooms are big and shower and bath works, good water pressure.

The overall property l, service, and staff were all top notch. My only complaint would be that the 4th floor restaurant was underwhelming, though I understand that they are opening an additional one on the ground floor I didn't get the chance to try it during my stay.

Hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
Gym and pool were also spacious and decently equipped for an inner city hotel.
Restaurant was average, with no AC working and many food items not in stock.
However, Check out was awful and unacceptable. Took 30 minutes to check-out, which included waiting in a long slow-moving line. Staff appeared to be very slow, showed little sense of urgency, and even asked everyone to wait in the lobby for 5-10 mins after checking out while your room was checked by staff. I have not encountered this request anywhere at any other hotel in any other country. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the check out experience. It should’ve taken no more than 1-2 mins to check out.
I advise if staying here to check out with plenty of time, especially if you have a flight to catch.
