The Inn is our favorite hotel! Super people and great place!

Check-in was slow. Front desk and in room dining was never accessible/available by room phone (only via text with was delayed with responses). Wet paint in hallways. No in room dining outside of breakfast. Nice inn but not a luxury hotel with amenities you are accustomed to for a luxury hotel. Not a value for the luxury costs.

Our dinner meal in the Terrace Room was sub-standard. Food was not what it has been in the past and time from order to service was slow. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The Bellmen were very accommodating and friendly. The Inn was very beautiful and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming We loved staying there and will return soon.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The services from the staff were top notch. Our room was elegant. The bathroom was outdated but it was mostly clean. We found a clump of hair on top of the shower drain. It then made us question the cleanliness of the room. The service team at the restaurant and the quality of cuisine was superb. We enjoyed every morsel. Their desserts did not live up to their other dishes. We would definitely stay there again.

Stellar property!!! We were on a very special trip celebrating a milestone Birthday for my husband. Splurged a little on a suite and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and the bathroom was as large as the rest of the room. I usually wear slippers in any hotel room because the floors/carpet are so dirty. But not here. I felt right at home and the staff and amenities were just perfect. We felt so pampered. We had brought our own bikes to use to get around in the park (which was right outside our door). Onsite dinning was top notch and we tried both restaurants. Just can’t say enough good things about our stay.

We've stayed at the Inn many times, and it is always lovely and such a treat. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and the rooms and common areas are always meticulously clean. And of course we love strolling in Williamsburg.

It was a rough start cause it must of been break time and no ramp for luggage carrier and no instructions for how the elevator works there are 2 2nd floor stops The room was wonderful the food was out of this world. I got someone else’s bill when I left

This is an exquisite property which the prices reflect! Our view overlooked the awning over the front door which is in serious need of maintenance and cleaning, surprising considering the attention to detail everywhere else.

Elegance. We felt as though we were stepping into another world. Tulips were in bloom all over the grounds. Lovely artwork was displayed throughout the inn. All personnel were friendly but never overly so, and we received from them entirely helpful information to make our stay easy to navigate. Room service: wonderful! We highly recommend the in-room breakfast of an avocado toast plate and also the eggs Benedict selection. The inn's Terrace Restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed perfection of service. We shall eagerly return next spring to this luxurious getaway.

Very comfortable and so many surprises. Fresh rose and other flowers, bailey's night cap and chocolates. Such elegance and comfort! Thank you!

Every staff member we encountered smiled, spoke to us. and asked if there was something they help us with. The amenities were incredible, from the fires and fresh flowers in the lobby to the turn down service with amaretto and Ethel M chocolates. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. You are just a few steps from Duke of Gloucester street. Top notch all the way. We will definitely be back.

terrible trying to sleep. very loud noise perhaps from the hotels water pipes??? Furthermore my assigned room was between a public bathroom and an active meeting room. After spending over $1500 for a two night stay, I would have expected a quite night sleep...
