I don't like room and sleeping bed is not comfortable. Don't have fan facility

For the price we paid it was exactly as I thought it would be it was dated but clean and friendly

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. However, shower is very small and the triple room is too narrow for us to squeeze into. Could be better without the table in the room.

I enjoyed being at the property. I won't mind coming back.

I arrived around 6pm and found no parking available at the hotel or on the street. The manager/owner’s customer care needs significant improvement. They raised their voice when informing me that parking was not their responsibility and did not offer any alternatives. The interaction was not kind at all. I did not feel it was safe to stay, so I chose to leave.

I liked the free bottle of water. Still no coffee sachets even though previous guests have mentioned this, and a few teabags open on a tray. Did the job if you want a basic place to stay.

Went into room and it smelt of weed - not clean and not managed well - no coffee no teaspoon lamp didn't work by bed - not an area I would want to go back to - shared bathroom

Quite good for the price. Staff needed to be around and present a lot more. They need to make sure they are responding at all times; in person not by phone calls. Otherwise, it was good!

The staff were super friendly and the room wqs exactly what we needed, however we couldn't get much sleep as there was a couple smoking in the dining area close to our room and were fighting and arguing until 5am, when we checked out we found them both asleep slumped on the couches of the dining area, would stay again if needed however the quiet times were not adhered to whatsoever.

The room had a single bed, a small fridge, a sink, some shelves and tiny drawer of no real purpose. No cabinets. The shelves were above the bed so I couldn’t sit up in bed. The room was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The heating was on full all the time and the bathroom and lavatory windows were always open. The bathroom was half built and no work took place while I was there. I saw exposed wiring in my room and the bathroom. The fire doors were always open (on auto release catches) which meant sound and light bleed since the room door didn’t fit the frame.

Too hot, room was dusty, sink smelled, hairs found on sink and bedside table. Offered tea but no coffee. Bathroom not clean.

My stay was comfortable. Just had a night to stay, the beds were clean and room had good heating. The room itself was quite spacious.

It was just all a bit too basic

Decent guest lodge - comfortable bed and friendly staff. I was grateful to have the ensuite room.

The room was quite nice. But the bed wasn’t too much good. It was making so noice when I was sleeping. The service was better. Thank you.

Excellent value for money. Free parking. Large room with everything you'd need. Comfortable bed. 10 minute or so walk into the centre. Easy to check in and out.

This hotel was adequate without being spectacular. There were no problems. I would stay there again if the price was right.

Get what you pay for it’s a old building the floor, tables, bathroom was clean but there was cob webs and dust just need a high reach duster as it was noticeable, beds was clean, clean mattress ect but very hard bed (that’s a matter of preference). You could go out the double doors onto a little garden section so that was good and came in handy, it did say shower stuff and hair dryer included, take your own they gave us towels and a bottle of water but no shower items. On suit room but very small bath room again does the job not designed for comfort. Tea making facilities (NOT COFFEE so take your own if you like a coffee in the morning).the manager did offer to go get some of his own from his quarters for me nice offer but I didn’t want to put him out.Friendly welcome. noisy from the other rooms again it’s a old building didn’t expect that much noise that early though, again I can’t fault the owners/managers for this I suppose that’s luck of the draw to who else is in the building and how early they wake up ect when you book. Nice BIG flat screen tv all in all It was a ok stay and done the job. But didn’t get much sleep again that’s a preference thing and they can’t please everybody with the mattress type. Good quality pillows and duvet, warm room, working fridge and big tv

The best experience was the housekeeping lady she was very friendly and understanding

near walking distance of town center (20min), quite large room provided. Some bits need some renovation but everything is functionable and clean in a good way. Host is friendly and will provide you with all the answers.

Early check in . No late check in . Good price close to city centre.
