Our flight was cancelled the day before so this was a last minute booking for the night. The hosts were brilliant, extremely helpful and sorted us some really nice rooms. Cant fault it!

The owners were super nice, contacting us in advance and greeting us upon arrival. The rooms look newly renovated, were very clean, and were supplied with complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries. We felt safe walking 5 minutes to downtown restaurants. Upon departure they provided us with snacks to go. Would definitely stay here again and recommend if you need a night over near FCO and want to experience the cute little Harbour town of Fiumicino.

The property was beautifully maintained. Roberta and Armando go above and beyond to accommodate and welcome their guest. Every amenity you could possibly need!!

I really enjoyed my night at Albis Rooms. Roberta and Armando are so kind, helpful and generous. You really feel like a guest in their home and they make you feel comfortable. The area is quiet and staying here makes for a great end to a hectic tour through Italy. You'll feel taken care of and relaxed. It's also super clean and comfortable. 5 stars!

The owners are a sweet couple and take pride in showing you around your room, including the free amenities and beverages. The space is clean, crisp and modern. If you arrive early, I would suggest taking the Express train into Rome since the city centre is small. When you depart, they send you off with a cute bag of snacks for the airport.

Great stay at the guest house! It was perfect for a quick overnight before an early morning flight. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Tidy and comfortable room. Mini bar snacks were free, and the hosts gave me lots of snacks for my plane ride :)

The owners of this B&B are just amazing!! So sweet and they do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The room was pristine and so clean. We were staying for one night before a cruise so this was a very convenient option for us. The center of town has some great restaurants as well and is walkable from the B&B.

This place was amazing, the owners were so friendly! I felt at home and they even gave me some snacks to take on my plane ride back. I highly recommend this place. It was clean, quiet, walking distance to shops and restaurants as well.

This was the most wholesome and comforting accomodation we had during our entire honeymoon in Italy! Armando went over the top to help us feel safe and comfortable and you could eat off of the floor the rooms were so immaculate. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area - Fiumicino is a must see and a lovely reprieve from busy Rome.

What a wonderful oasis close by to the airport along with an outstanding family owned hotel with the highest of quality appointments imaginable throughout their property. Having traveled extensively for the past eight weeks this is a wonderful example of how lodging should be executed. The owners are the most supportive and thoughtful innkeepers I have ever come across. We especially enjoyed walking into the small intimate city complete with a wonderful supermarket of fresh fruit and vegetables and just about anything else you could want to stock up on. What a wonderful array of dining options. The walk on either side of Tiber river in the late afternoon early evening was spectacular with the clouds, hugging the coastline along with the active working fishing vessels. It was a photographer dream with so many outstanding opportunities to capture the charm and essence along the built-up sidewalks along the Tiber!!!! . I will definitely return here on my next journey through this area. We had an early departure on our last day of 4 AM and the owner was up to ensure that our taxi which they had placed the order for smoothly executed… I’ve never experienced such professional assistance at a small intimate family on operation

We stayed here two evenings, and as I said, in my initial review, we could not have been more delighted on the reception and the support received by the owners of this wonderful hotel situated by a lovely town here by the airport. It offers wonderful walking and dining options away from the major city, so if you’re looking to have a change in the vibration of your day, this is a great place to stay either initially or towards the end of your Rome holiday. They actually packed us a lunch because we had an early departure on our second day to go and attend a tour of the Vatican at 8 AM… Prepared a wonderful party snack for us because we were not gonna be here for breakfast, this is the best service I have ever received and I’ve been traveling for over two months at this point …. Excellent place all around

The hotel hosts were lovely! As soon as we got there they helped us arrange a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning the next day. They also had a map of the area so we could find a place to have dinner which was very helpful. They upgraded our room without us asking and they had a mini fridge stocked with drinks for us at no cost! They had all the toiletries you needed and more! I loved my stay here, I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport!

What a surprise for our last night in Rome to find ourselves at the Albis guest house! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and our hosts warmly generous. We were within walking distance of the River Tiber and had a local delightful dinner. Roberta packed us a travel lunch in the morning and arranged our transport to the airport! What a delightful experience, much more than a night at an airport hotel! Cannot recommend too highly!

What a amazing place to stay! From the street or a Google map view you can’t tell how beautiful this property is, but I can assure you it’s wonderful. We arrived early and were warmly accommodated by the hosts. They helped us with our bags and allowed us to check in early. The room was huge, very clean and with every little accommodation provided, lush towels, slippers, phone chargers, drinks, snacks, water, even beer, which made us very happy. This is just a few of the many amenities provided. They took care of our taxi bookings and provided an absolutely delicious Italian breakfast the next morning. We will stay here every time we are in Fiumicino.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They welcomed me late at night and woke up early to send me off with the taxi they arranged for me.

Wonderful innkeepers, room was super clean, easy airport access. Not fancy but felt very welcoming and charming couple that run the property.

The owner of the property went above any expectation: kind, helpful, discrete. The place was furnished very well, anything you would want, with any plug adapter for any foreign traveler. I recommend Albis Room Guest House to anybody, especially because the location is also 5 minutes for the Fiumicino airport.

We expected a pleasant and comfortable stay here for our one night as we got in to Rome airport late and were heading out again early the following afternoon. While the reviews were very high, Roberta and Armando far exceeded expectations from the time we arrived. Extremely warm and helpful, they made the first night and morning of our trip very enjoyable and memorable. A fantastic start to our vacation. Almost forgot to mention: room and premises very clean and bed super comfortable, slept great.

What an amazing stay at Albis! Felt like I was staying with family, and the rooms are spacious & VERY clean/new/updated. Quick walk into Fiumicino - which is a lovely town. Lastly, we were given a delicious take-away breakfast for the flight home:)

From the moment we arrived, we were spoiled! Armando and Roberta greeted us and treated us like family. They helped arrange us a cab for an early travel day the next day & made sure that I knew the safest way to walk across the bridge into town and explore. They even included amenities such as slippers - and fully stocked the fridge with drinks & snacks - all complimentary! The shower was wonderful - bathroom clean. The bed comfortable (and we are picky when it comes to mattresses); and I just can't express enough how much this was perfect for us. I hope that we get a chance to stay here again - highly recommend it!

This is my new favorite hotels in Rome. That says slot because I have stayed at some of Rome’s best hotels. The hosts were beyond fantastic. They made sure everything was perfect. This felt more like staying at a close family member’s house with a fully air conditioned and well equipped and stocked room. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Fiumicino old town is not to be missed—old time Rome. Thank you so very much and will return.

A good stay starts with people and we felt welcomed into this unusual place even before we got there by the owners Armando and Roberta. The place is close to the airport and a short walk to the very real community of Fiumicino, with a lovely promenade where the Tiber meets the sea, incredible pizza and fine dining.

Armando and Roberta are amazing hosts! This is the second time I’ve stayed at Albis Rooms the night prior to a flight home to the US, and I highly recommend it.

Very clean, with all the amenities you need. Husband/wife owners are very friendly and accommodating. Location is a bit random but walkable to restaurants. Great for a quick overnight before a flight.
