Clean, friendly. Creaky floors, slamming fire doors, no blackout windows.

Price was ok considering the location. Rooms were tiny, but practical and convenient.

I liked how easy it us to get to the hotel from the train station and convenient location for shopping or food. Also room was very clean. I did not like that the room was very cold - colder than the corridor... to keep warm had to keep under the duvet. Also did not like that I could hear through walls when someone spoke behind them. All day and night somebody was either talking or banging on the neighbouring doors. And no toilet brush by the toilet, meant I couldnt keep it as clean as I would like it to be. And no tea/coffee facility.

Really nice place to stay for 2 nights and definitely a bargain! Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Location is spot on too!

Previously this was an Easy Hotel. Stopped here before, vowed never to return. The name change fooled me. Plus points. Convenient for Bus and Railway Stations. Reasonable room temperature. Extremely helpful and friendly Reception Staff. Good wifi. Negative points. The room is a plastic cell consisting of a bed and a small bedside table. No chair, no table. Nowhere to put clothes other than on the floor. The room had a window, but it couldn't be opened. The temperature could only be adjusted by contacting Reception. The bathroom was a moulded wetroom, erratic water pressure and a poor shower. The simplest of things, the light switches have been made complicated requiring 2 visits by Reception staff to explain how to use them. A simple light switch. To pay over £50 for a single night in a room like this is a complete rip off.

close to train staion perfect for me as as didnt walk around luton carrying bags the receptionist very helpful and friendly and approachable will definitely book again next time i need stay in luton only downside i can think of for for rooms arent that big so space could become a promblem for longer stays there is storage under bed but wasnt a promblem on my viat

Receptionist was really helpful friendly and professional, inside the hotel hall was a weird smell,the room was quite small and there was no wardrobe where to put the clothes also the toilet was ro small

Dissapointing lego boxy partitioned room where every creak or movement from other guests resonates through the room.

Do they ever change the bedsheets here?

The cleaners and receptionists are always quite rude and intrusive

Walls dirty. Bed hard. Cant sleep as u can hear everything from the people above and hall way. Check in we was left for 15-20mins as the guy on the desk was not present.

Overall the stay was very disturbed and uncomfortable due to a pride party taking place directly outside the hotel. Loud music was being played till the early hours of the morning and there were a lot of people congregating outside the hotel trying to intimidate me and my family. I found this very disturbing.

Great little hotel, near mall, very quiet and clean.

Id give 3 out of 5 stars Helpful staff reception area was clean The room was clean did have overpowering smell of lemon apon entering room did have some marks here there no money spent on soundproofing the rooms can hear people having sex are smaller then i was personally expecting overall not bad for one night stay given location but think id look some were else if looking to stay longer luton

Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. The other room had no hooks but a small bedside table and one small storage hold built under the bed. It's all fine for the price but it seems like the cost of a single night in each room would pay for simple upgrades that would make all the difference. A shelf above the bed, hooks along the wall, bedside table. That's it! 🤗 Also, the lobby door has a key scan so only residents should enter the room area off reception, but it doesn't work. The area seems perfectly safe, do it's not the end of the world, but it should be fixed.

The room and the duvet smelled to cigarettes. The shower was very very weak, very hard to use.

I don't understand the bad reviews, it's clean, convenient and cheap.

Perfect for a 3 hour stay before heading to the airport

The staff were really helpful. But, there are no windows in the rooms - even the ones that say they have windows don't open, so bear that in mind. As such the corridoors smell, and I moved twice as one smelt of smoke and one grimy. the room itself is fine thought the sheets had black spotty stains on them. The bathroom was clean. Also the heating is central to the hotel so it goes according to what everyone wants - not ideal, though you can request a radiator. Staff were really nice and that was the saving grace. And good location by station.

Near to Luton station Receptionist and door security. Extremely basic shower bed and a TV out of character with room. No mirror, no clothes hanging, room tired bathroom tired. No decor, bright green exit light. Didn't feel door to bedroom would be secure

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for short stay nearby the Airport.

The place is very simple but useful as what it is. A place to sleep in between flights.

If you like luxuries like ventilated rooms, natural light, darkness when you sleep and a hot shower in the morning.. this hotel is not for you The floors were filthy, the mattress made of concrete and the bathroom pod was not clean The one staff member I dealt with was nice The 24/7 manned reception is the only really good thing about the place and maybe the location

The room was functional & just what we needed for resting before an early-ish flight. Amenities are basic, and the room feels like an internal ship's cabin. The lift wasn't working when we were there, but didn't have an out of order sign.
