Nice place to stay

Staff is nice, very friendly. Location us good. Property very clean.

The hotel was great overall. It was loud at times--I'm not sure if we were hearing people staying in rooms above us or some kind of party in the rooftop lounge. The doors also close extremely loudly. We tried to get breakfast and let our teenager sleep, and it was difficult to let the door close quietly behind us. Sometimes we could hear our neighboring doors closing as well. I also wish the information about the rooftop lounge/restaurant was more clear. We never quite figured out how to get up there, if we could get up there, or if we were even welcome. My only other complaint is that the breakfast area mostly had disposable plates/bowls, cups, and plasticware handy, even though the hotel boasts its sustainability and eco-friendliness. I prefer real dishes for the environmental impact and just because it feels nicer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff on our floor was especially sweet and helpful. Also, we were about a 30 min walk from everything we were there to visit, and taxis/ubers and rentable bikes were very accessible.

Great location for soldier field. To get to downtown def uber, lyft, transit, taxi. Staff very helpful! Actually three levels if hotels at this address. Home 2suites has efficiency kitchen with sot size fridge! Very nice hotel!

It was safe and easy walk to Soldier Field.

Location was perfect for a Soldier Field concert. Some staff waa friendly, some were uninterested. Found the room to be okay. Main issue for me was i didnt find the bed to be comfortable. Also, we asked housekeeping to make up the sleeper sofa into a bed. When we arrived back to the room at midnight it hadnt been done. If you dont offer that as a service, fine. But dont say you will do it on the phone but then not actually do it?!

This was my first visit to America. As Chicago is an urban area, I was worried about the safety. But area around the hotel was quiet and safe. You can use UBER to go to downtown. This time, I attended the international conference at Maccormick place. The westward of the building was connected to the hotel through skywalk and it was very convenient especially when it pours. Breakfast was also good. Thank you.

It is right across the street from Wintrust arena, which is where university graduation takes place. Very convenient.

Easy check in, good breakfast, convenient valet parking

There were rose petals on the bathroom floor from the previous guest when we arrived, and a sock under a table. Made us wonder what other places weren’t cleaned well.

Good hotel, nothing to complain, nothing great either. Easy access to city bus and metro lines. Parking not included and very expensive.

Very great stay, and it’s in between the city and Chinatown is just a walk away! 10/10 will be staying here again!

The hotel was nice and clean. Very close to China town and not far from the museums but not much other stuff there or open.

Constant call for maintenance and repair in the room. The room has no hot water and it’s very inappropriate having a room right under a rooftop bar; the noise caused us a headache.

The room had a strong pet (dog) odor. TV and the bathroom exhaust was not working. Room is much smaller in size to accommodate 4 people. Also compared to other Hilton home 2 properties, the room felt very congested and couldn’t move around freely. Overall I was not pleased with the property.

Staff was pleasant, beds comfortable, toiletries are full size (in the shower), and breakfast was mediocre.

Great stay, my check -in time was 4pm, due to event attending at 2pm. We had to catch an early flight and arrive at hotel at 1100, way before check in time…well no problem we was offered a room right away…exceptional

The property staff was very kind during my stay. The room was cleaned and had great amenities.

Ramon at the front desk was fantastic and very friendly! My only gripe of the hotel is the parking situation, it’s bad.

NO FREE PARKING. I initially booked this room because it was listed as "free parking" in expedia when I searched for a room. Turned out you had to pay for the parking lot in the back or pay for valet. All street parking situations outside had a limit of 6 hours of parking. I stayed at the Home2Suites and it was nice! There's options to wash your dishes and even cook something if you ask for a portable stove top to be brought to your room. They didnt have hand soap for the bathroom but that was fixed by the front desk.

My stay was amazing. The city view was exceptional. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and it truly was quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was just okay. The breakfast bowl was the best item but the sandwiches were clearly warmed-up, pre-packaged food with an after taste. There was a variety of cereals and fruit, etc which was good. Coffee was just okay too. I like strong coffee and it was just medium.
