It was a great location. Neighborhood felt safe and easy to get into. It was easy access to great restaurants and farmers market and public transportation. The only down side is my significant other is 6'3" and had to duck in certain areas to enter rooms etc. Otherwise it was great!

We came to Chicago with our 3 young kids for a summer vacation. The accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for, which is a place to sleep and recuperate between excursions around the city. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were basics such as coffee, shampoo/conditioner, etc available if you didn’t bring your own.
Our favorite part was the location. You are in walking distance of dozens and dozens of different restaurants and shops. Every place we ate at was fantastic, and we walked to all of them. The neighborhood felt safe and active; lots of people out and about at all times, even nighttime.
If you’re looking for constructive comments I’d say that it isn't set up for cooking as there is limited silver ware, utensils, and counter space for that matter. You can do it, just not set up well for it. For us this wasn’t a problem as eating all the Chicago food staples was part of our plan. Also, bring your own wine glasses if you want to drink wine out of actual wine glasses (I didn’t care but I know some do).
Overall, we had a great experience in Chicago and our VRBO was part of that. Would for sure stay here again if we’re coming back to Chicago.

We came to town for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding and see some sights. Cait was VERY accommodating with our early arrival which was greatly appreciated.
The space is the basement to the house pictured. It was bright and clean. Beds were comfortable and the common area was spacious. The 'Welcome' book made it easy to quickly get acquainted with the surrounding area and restaurants.
I would give caution if you have tall people in your party. There are areas where the ceilings are low (for air vents). My husband (6'5") and son (6'5.5") literally had to duck in some areas. Also, the shower is tight (think RV or houseboat sized). Someone large would struggle.
When you stay here, be sure to wave to the neighbor next door who watches the world go by from his front stoop :-)

Great communication, perfect location, very clean, quiet, great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Only slight downfall is the tiny bathroom but it did not alter our enjoyment at all. Perfect for what we needed.

Caitlin was a wonderful host and the property was well suited for my family’s stay in Chicago. The basement apartment was welcoming and fully equipped with all our needs. The host answered questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in the city. We also appreciated the easy street parking and provided daily permits. Thanks!

Very cute 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Host was incredibly responsive, fastest ever. Left us drinks in the fridge and even juice boxes for my kids. So accommodating

The spot was just as described and the hosts were very accommodating. Quiet location, yet walkable to many places. Highly recommend staying here.
One suggestion for the hosts and guests is to leave a few windows slightly open to improve ventilation.

The apartment was incredibly clean and in a great location. We had some last minute communication we had to do due to some scheduling change on our end and the host was wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond. Thanks for the great hospitality for my family!

The apartment was very clean and hospitable! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Instructions were very clear. Our host left us a nice booklet with activity and restaurant recommendations as well. Easy access to the freeway and Blue line. There is a farmers market on Sunday which was a lovely perk during our stay.

Caitlin was great as a host. Provided what was needed but largely anticipated what was needed so little need to contact her during the stay. Property was clean, cool, and dehumidified. Fairly close to Blue Line and on-street parking available if desired. I booked because of other positive reviews, and now I can second those reviews. Great place to rent for a stay.

The location was tucked into a quiet neighborhood, but only a two block walk from amazing restaurants and bars. Also very close to the train! Would happily stay there next time we’re in Chicago.

The apartment was perfect for our family including lots of room for our 2 teenagers to spread out and relax. It was very clean and easily accessible to the blue line transit to downtown and O”Hare. There were many great restaurants nearby and our host was super responsive. We’d love to stay again.

We loved our stay here! The space was just right for a weekend with our four person group. Nice, quiet street. Parking was easy. Space was cute and cozy. We will definitely stay here again when in Chicago!

Let’s start saying that the apartment is exactly like is described. We stayed for 5 nights and Caitlin make our stay a super duper experience. When we arrived she had cold beverages for us in the fridge and water besides two different types of coffee.
The kitchen is cozy but is well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals ( salt, pepper, oil were provided) Our group was comfortable eating together and having conversations in the dining set they provided.
The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses very comfortable.
We really felt we were staying with family because they were anticipating any need we can have: extra blankets, a heater for my early parents ( we were lucky temperatures decreased in Summer) , directions for city attractions, recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants, logs for the fire pit , etc. I wish they were my neighbors at home

The place is immaculate clean and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We parked our car and we use the public transportation to go everywhere!!!!
I highly recommend this place. For sure we will come back when we will return to Chicago.

We joined friends to celebrate a birthday; the property was conveniently located. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable with good linens. There was no noise from the other tenants or the street. We enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay in Logan Square. Everything was as described and our hostess Caitlin was very accommodating. She recommended lots of fun local spots to check out and even brought us a space heater when we got a little chilly downstairs. We really couldn't have asked for a nicer place to call home for a couple of days. Thank you!

We were in town for a concert and wanted a place close to the L—this home is great, and came with a list of recommendations for the neighborhood (which is full of great options)! I recommend for anyone looking for a good base to explore the city.

The property is really nice. Lower level 2 bedroom. Everything very clean. Caitlin was very efficient and welcoming with a nice card (and candle) along with a couple suggestions. Bed we used was comfortable. Location is great for both getting to Wrigleyville, as we did, or to downtown.
Only problem could be if you are over 6ft tall the ceiling is a little low.

Property location was in a established neighborhood that was clean and quiet. Only parking was on the street, but was available. Unit was well decorated and was in the basement of the house but was still accessible and did not feel cramped. Could not find a thermostat in the unit but temperature was not an issue. That would be something to consider in very cold/hot times of the year. Overall, a very good experience.

Had a great time staying here - they had everything we needed for our stay over the weekend. The unit is decently sized, beds are comfy. Tv has chrome cast so we could watch what we wanted. Close to some cool restaurants and bars, and we ubered into the city when needed. 10/10!
