Cool hotel only a few blocks off Broadway. Rooms were large and awesome design. Lobby cafe and bar were excellent.

It was beautiful. Definitely need to be a bit more upfront about prices and extra charges. Felt like I somewhat got robbed with how much everything ended up being!

When we walked in we felt relaxed and welcomed. The smell of the lobby was soothing. The staff check in was so pleasant with unbelievable hospitality. With the quick elevator ride and walk to our room, we knew we were going to have the most relaxing stay. Walking into our room was refreshing. This is not a run of the mill hotel stay. They have put great thought into the uniqueness of the rooms and property. The pictures are exactly as shown. We did find the bathroom to be a bit odd in the echo of it however was minor. We loved the rooftop bar as well as the basement bar for an evening night cap each night before heading to our room. The bed was Uber comfy and I had to buy a bathrobe to bring home, was so plush. We also got to meet The Dog In Residence Winnie and what a special treat that was. We had massages at the Spa and understood why people in the area call them healers. WOW we can’t wait to book this hotel again. Our only wish would be that there were ice makers on the floors as the drink options in the room would have all been drank if we didn’t have to order up ice. Again, minor. Awesome stay!!

No hot water no restaraunts open the whole visit

Appearance was nice and fit the Music City vibe. Room was nice overall and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was only one USB port in the entire room and it was on the land line phone. Definitely has not been modernized. The bathroom was very nice but the fixtures in the sink were loose. Had to have technician come to our room at least once per night to fix the TV. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn't very good. Rooftop bar was awesome.

Our stay at the Bob hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was extra friendly in the room and amenities were meticulous.

Great hotel! Close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough from the crazy to be quiet and relaxing.

The staff was great from the moment we got out of the Uber. We especially enjoyed Erica and Ian at the roof top bar

The hotel is beautiful! Everything about the room was perfect and the staff was so helpful at helping us find things to do around the city. Could not recommend this place enough, was the best hotel experience I’ve had!

Great hotel in convenient location. Very walkable to main entertainment strip. Hotel is modern and has trendy decor. Rooms are comfortable and have great amenities and toiletries. The hotel seemed a little understaffed. Put luggage on cart but nobody to bring it up so we did it ourselves. Great minibar but no ice machines. Called front desk and nobody answered. Overall minor issues and would return. 4.5 stars.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful rooms, rooftop pool and bar are spectacular.

We stayed at this property before and really enjoyed our stay- the Hotel itself has great aesthetics and great vibes. Unfortunately the rooms are questionable. We slept on dirty/ stained bedding that were also worn and ragged. When we spoke to front desk staff regarding this issue they were supposed have all sheets changed... they were not. Not what we expected from this Hotel and for what we paid to stay here. Disappointing to say the least. We called several times after they were supposed to contact us and finally spoke to one of the managers. The solution given was simply ok, and questions asked about the room itself seemed very strange.

This property was great! Amazing location, staff and very clean. Will stay here Everytime we come to Nashville.

The pool area needed a little TLC awnings were really dirty.

We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was. The coffee shop was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, all the necessary bathroom amenities and a well stocked bar contributed to our positive experience. We will definitely be back.

Me and my husband overall loved everything the staff was so nice the rooms were very nice and they let us check in early and check out late . The rooftop is amazing . Overall everything was amazing . Next time I'm in Nashville I will come back to this hotel .

We love The Bobby and it is our choice when we visit Nashville. We missed the resident dog being there! But hopefully we will be back to meet the residing good Boy/Girl!

They were great all around

I particularly want to thank David at the spa and Andrew at the rooftop bar for excellent service. Andrew, in particular made us feel like VIPs during a very busy evening.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were perfect size with great utilization of space, bathrooms are very nice. Only regret is not taking a pic of the rooftop pool with the bus!! Such a cool vibe. Will definitely return!

The only problem we had was it was not quiet. I didn’t expect to be woken up at 6am by super loud noise

Great location , easy walking distance to broadway

The vibe at this hotel is super cool and a lot of fun. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to Broadway without being directly in the mix. Love that skulls is right next-door. My only complaint is the size of the room. The space between the entertainment center, and the bed is extremely narrow, requiring us to sometimes climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Otherwise loved this spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bobby. The hotel was beautiful and the location was convenient.
