Great experience. Wonderful staff. Very different rooms: if you like different artwork and not the same old same old then definitely stay here. Service by cleaning staff very good.We hope to go back. Very good, different breakfasts.

The staff was great and friendly, the location is unbeatable. I was luckily upgraded to a jr. Suite and was very spacious and comfortable, the only “downside” is that I would put some more lights, at night was a bit dark.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Friendly and professional service. We had hired a wheelchair independently and the company let us down. Hotel Lobby took charge of the situation and managed to source us another chair at short notice. Can’t thank them enough for looking after us

Nice place but very noisy at night. Could not spleen until 3am due to vibrations and noise of the bar and rooftop!

In this hotel we experienced the BEST customer service in our entire trip to Spain.
The staff is amazing and very helpful.
they helped us with rental car and tour reservations and were all over customer experience.
We stayed in the Rooms with the hot tub and it felt like a Spa. super clean and the bathroom set up and accessories were very nice.
Perfect Area full of nice restaurants you can walk to many points of interest like Plaza España.

Small boutique restored palace with Cool art and room decor . Small rooms, small bath area limited storage, comfortable softer bed and linens, good breakfast, the pool was a disappointment. I thought it would be an area with loungers, but it’s an unheated small pool in the rooftop bar area the bar does not serve food and it’s open to public for drinks, not an area to sunbath at all.

From the staff to the hotel itself our stay was fantastic. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the rooftop bar was a great place to enjoy a few cocktails although does get very busy in the evenings.

Unfortunately our room on the first floor was a bit dark and the electric lighting was somewhat dimmed. Delicious breakfast and super friendly and helpful waiter. Rooftop bar with great view of the city but unfortunately horrible tech music - all the time. Waiters did not speak english, none of them, and the drinks are expensive. Drinks look big because they fill the glass to the rim with huge ice cubes.
