Close to city center, staff was friendly,breakfast was good, had a good one night stay.

Christian at the front desk was kind and patient when we had many questions. The breakfast was enjoyable. We did miss having a coffee pot in our hotel rooms.

First of all, as a solo traveler, I VERY much appreciate that the hotel offered a room with a single bed at a much lower price. A standard sized room would have been out of my budget. The room was tiny for sure but adequate for my needs. The location was perfect. Within walking distance of St. Stephen's, the Hofburg, the Mozart Haus and within a 5 minute walk to two different U-bahn stations. Lots of dining options near the hotel. However, it is on a very quiet side street -- no traffic noise at all. The hotel staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Convenient location near old town in Vienna. Very friendly staff, room clean, beds comfortable, nice to find a hotel with ac too. Great breakfast. I’d definitely recommend for a stay in city center.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is conveniently located. Room is clean, staff is very nice and neat, hotel is decent. Breakfast was very good for me. Coffee machine is the best. i need the recipe of the multigrain seed cereal bread. Loved it so much. The wifi is awful all around the innerestadt. So, the hotel is not an exception. Disposable slippers and laundry bags in the room would be appreciated in the room.

I liked to stay this hotel. I felt I was in the old era. Also I liked the morning breakfast because I sat next European travelers, by the way I am Asian :) One thing I didn’t like the attached small mirror inside the bathroom. It might be moved to right side instead of left side- depends on preference-I was stayed in twin bedroom. It was fantastic and thank you for staff.

Excellent hotel BUT air conditioning was not available to regulate the room temperature. They claimed the first week of April was not the season to operate it and no control remote was provided, so the room was hot overnight with the need to open windows before going to sleep. Otherwise excellent place, buffet breakfast very good.

Hotel Kärntnerhof is a wonderful place to stay in Vienna. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The building is very old but well maintained and pristine. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Kärntnerhof.

The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. They recommended the hop on hop off bus tour and I’m so glad we did it. I loved the location because it was within walking distance to every place we wanted to explore.

Had a great stay at Hotel Kartnerhof, at the recommendation of my sister, who stayed there earlier this year. Stayed in the Dom Suite, which was perfect for a family of four. Great location, walkable to everything! Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel. We loved to stay there. The hotel is very good located. We stayed in the Domsuite. The only thing we missed in the room was a little fridge to put our water bottles and drinks in. Thanks to everybody at Kärtnerhof who made our stay comfortable.

After eight years of staying here, we returned to visit Vienna. Found the Hotel just as cozy and with some of the same staff as then. Cannot wait to return !...Thanks you

The property is located in the first district near many shopping and food establishments. The area is historical with the Stefensdom etc nearby.

My stay had many positive points. The room was ready when I arrived before 1:00 PM, it was clean and quiet, the elevator worked. Breakfast was tasty, with a different pastry every day. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and stores. The single room is tiny, but I had stayed in similar ones in Europe. One unpleasant thing was that I booked a taxi through the hotel to take me to the airport. One of the employees even seemed to know the driver. The price I was told was 40 euros and I even confirmed it with the driver. However, when I gave him a 50 euro bill, he refused to give me 10 back.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. Staff is friendly, they helped us with parking (they have a big parking lot next to the hotel), the room was beautiful with a true Vienese style, breakfast in a very beautiful room full of charm. It is two minutes away from Stephansplatz.

This hotel was amazing for my solo trip. As a young blonde female I was a little nervous. The twin room was perfect, clean, hotel and location felt very safe, and the breakfast was a plus -though you’ll need to make your own coffee with the machine! I skipped since there are so many amazing local options. Hotel staff were all very kind and helpful with my questions. They held my luggage the day I checked out so I could wander the city some more. Would stay here again!!

Outstanding hotel in every aspect. Remarkable service. The team working in the hotel is super courteous and friendly. The location was great…right in the hearth of Vienna.

The ambiance of the Hotel was really nice, friendly and efficient. Everything was excellent except that the bathroom had very slippery tiles, on which my wife fell and injured her back.

Hotel was in good area, close to eating places and tourist spots. Well run and quiet .

Most clean hotel I have been to in a long time. Great located and close to everything in the Innerstadt. Great breakfast, service and personnel. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Wien.

My family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) had such a fun time in Vienna and much of it was due to the excellent stay at Karntnerhof. We stayed in the Madame Rosa Suite (which is perfect for traveling with children). Aside from the great room, the service was just really fantastic. Arik who manages the place was SO fantastic and accommodating to any need we had whatsoever. He really helped make our stay so enjoyable. And had fantastic recommendations and answers to any questions we could have. You never know what you'll get with smaller boutique hotels, but this one really is a gem and they are lucky to have someone like Arik running it. We will be recommending this hotel to any of our family and friends traveling to Vienna and will for sure stay here again when we return. Also--the breakfast is amazing. Very clutch to have that when traveling with kids--we knew they'd be well fed at the start of each day out before we left on our daily adventures. Thank you Arik and Karntnerhof for such a fantastic time!

Great choice -central location but very quiet. Bed was super comfortable and room felt very spacious even though we booked a smaller room. Only negative was the shower wasnt the best but overall i would thoroughly recommend

Beautiful interior design. Impeccably clean and everyone who worked there seemed very lovely. Also it's in the city centre so very easy to get around for whatever you need in the city.
