Great simple clean place to stay. Remodeled rooms

Never again! Walls are so thin you hear everything, even the neighbors sneezes! Then dripping noise inside wall explained why I was coughing all night! Having been exposed to mold for extended time previously, I'm super sensitive to it! Found the visual evidence on the ceiling around the water dripping noises. Office ignored me when informed them of this

Very poor. Stains on room and shower walls as if it was not cleaned at all. Stains on all towels. The door deadbolt did not work at all and we did not feel safe. The waterfall shower head did not work and water was leaking from the ceiling as soon as you tried to turn on the shower and continued dripping afterward. When speaking to staff they were not friendly or accommodating. We checked in late, around 11:30pm and had to suck it up for one night but left without staying for our second night. We had previously stayed at the property in November 2023 with none of these issues, so I was surprised to see such deterioration in less than 1 year

The room was overall not bad, but the shower was broken and sprayed water all over the ceiling. The sink faucet was also loose and wobbling.

It was ok. Wasn’t in the best area, sheets were dirty, stains on the blanket. Ac would only work at 60°, no heat, no fan. Family lived on property which was a little weird. Bathroom was nice

This is close to Disney mess then 10 minutes drive. The room was very clean, the shower and bathroom worked. Nothing was broken, it was very comfortable. There was even every refrigerator. The check-in process was extremely fast and easy, and there was only a $100 deposit which was able to be paid with debit card and I always appreciate that do that. so just leave the key at the front desk. I would stay here again. Very quiet, clean, accommodating. Surrounding area was just OK but for what you’re paying, the property itself was great.

I personally have no complaints about this hotel. The front desk clerk was very friendly very helpful and very nice. Definitely a place I would go to last minute if I can’t find anything else my number one

Very clean room and property. The hotel managers are very nice people. The remote on my TV was not working, so they game me a brand new remote without giving me a hard time. They quickly sent the room service lady with a new remote.

Ive stayed a few times when I needed a local getaway during renovations to my home. It looks nicely updated, but everything is terrible! Most outlets dont work. The desk chair was broken. Literally 1 each for towel, facecloth and handtowel. What happens if youre a couple staying here?! Half a roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. No one answees at the front desk. I thought I might have to go buy toilet paper for my stay. Come on!
I get that its a budget spot, but everything from the scowling girl who checked me in to the lumpy bed to the half roll of toilet paper says we dont want you to stay here. Ok, message received.

Once again, I was able to get a good deal on a nicely refurbished motel! They had the amenities I wanted, the ambience was classy, and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Problem was that they didn't have a pool on my visit to a particularly hot Anaheim. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay and I would recommended it if you're on a money crunch. Just watch your step before you settle into your room!

Worst experience ever dirtiest place I have ever stayed! There were hairs everywere in the sheets, shower, and floor. Negative 5 if i could rate this place.

Fairly comfortable bed and a clean room. Not many frills such as a pool or free breakfast, and no late check out. You must be gone at 11am "NO EXCEPTIONS".
But if you just need a clear and comfortable room, this will do the trick.
I was running late and called ahead and told them that I car problems, and I would be there after 8pm. I received a call from the hotel stating if I didn't arrive soon they were going to cancel my reservation. But I called them first?!?!?! Anyway, still a nice place to stay.

Thanks for the service to the maids they take care the room bud the only thing I don’t like it’s the bedroom they don’t change the bed sheets and I think it’s already dirty by the time get in the room , put more attention on that and everything can be perfect

walls were thin heard a woman moaning extremely loudly both nights of our stay, the water temp for shower was marked completely wrong and I ended up getting scalding hot thinking it would be cold because they marked it as cold, and finding the rooms were difficult and it was in a very inconvenient spot.

Room had dings on walls and doors which were cosmetic but could have easily been addressed. Toilet paper holder was missing, tape left on top of toilet tank cover. Small hole on our blanket. Pillows were flimsy. Walls were thin.

After reading these previous reviews I was very concerned about my stay. My room was “Handicap friendly”. The room was very large, only one light worked in the main room. Bed was fine with no bed bugs. The AC worked and didn’t smell. The shower flooded the bathroom since there is no tub the water went everywhere.
Some of the wall plugs didn’t work and I did find one bug after the bathroom flooded.
For the price don’t expect anything. It’s just a bed and air conditioner that got me to sleep.
