S Hotel is a beautiful facility, the rooms are gorgeous and the decorations are lovely and represents Jamaica and I loved that. We loved having access to the beach which was gorgeous and we had no problem getting beach chairs. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly with the exception of one staff member however people are human so cannot let one bad apple spoil the bunch

I do understand the rule of no smoking on the beach however the smoking areas are set up if you are a child on timeout, a little bench in a corner, if you are a smoker you too want to enjoy your trip and there should be a full smoking area where you can also lounge and enjoy relaxing. Same issue in the hotel and we were also told we could not smoke on the balcony which is crazy. Again they should have an area set up by the pool for smokers and no smokers alike, in the land of ganja how stupid
Breakfast was regular not bad typical options however lunch options were poor with the exception of roots rock restaurant, we ate out on the pier most days. Room service closes at 11pm, hotel entertainment boring
Lastly for a luxury hotel the drink options were horrible, all this money we pay and they have no premium liquor choices or COCONUT water on an Island resort. The top liquor you could get was dewars and Smirnoff how ridiculous, again we went off the resort to pier1 and paid for better choices.
I gave it an 8/10, I definitely cannot see how this hotel gets 10/10. Please step your game up

I love the presence of the Jamaican artistic culture at the hotel. The staff are very eager to ensure our stay is excellent. The beach is very welcoming and relaxing.

If you are thinking twice about whether you should book, don't skip run here. The staff here provided us with top tier custom service, always very attentive and accommodating. We upgraded to a sky suite ocean view! It is very modern and clean with amazing views. Daria at the front desk!! Shout out to you! The food at this resort is great! If you haven’t tried the jerk chicken by the pool, be sure to do so! Overall, this was a 5 star stay for my birthday and I will definitely be a returning customer.

My husband and I visited this beautiful but older resort for a 4/5 day vacation. The food was very good. It’s very close walking distance to the Hip Strip which features shopping and food and nightlife in evenings. We never had to wait for food, towels, pool access. It was an excellent stay. Our objective was to relax this vacation and that’s exactly what this resort offers. If you are looking for an abundance of entertainment-this resort isn’t for you. There was water aerobics every day at 11:30, and then a game or lesson around 1-3pm ish. Followed by some musical performance around 7 or 8. We got rain almost every evening so we were able to enjoy the live bands from our ocean view balcony. All and all great experience and would recommend for a relaxing vacation. It’s also located on the beat beach in Montego Bay!

The S hotel had delicious authentic Jamaican food. I am pescatarian and they had plenty of options for me. I had a room with a reserved cabana which also had an ocean view, it was beautiful. The beach service was great, nice to have chairs and umbrellas available for a lazy beach day. I would recommend and I will be back.

10/10 it was amazing the food the staff especially the bartender Roan oh my goodness I have nothing negative to say we went to the club pier 1 and 27/27 and we had a wonderful time we will definitely be back

Loved our stay at the S Hotel! The staff was super attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. Loved that this hotel sat on a beautiful, clean beach. The food was really good! I only wish the steakhouse and the Jamaican restaurant was open more days during our stay; however the buffet was on point….Especially on our last night where we celebrated Independence Day! The staff went all out to celebrate the joyous day! I also loved the activities the hotel offered. You can tell the hotel really cares about their guests. The managers were always smiling and helping. We definitely will be back! ❤️

10/10! Staff was great!!!!! I love boutique resorts and this 1 was just amazing. Usain Bolt’s restaurant was basically on the compound. Food was soooo good everyday. Will be going back with my spouse.

The property is flawless. Easy access to beach and access to pools. Rooms were great. Daily buffett was good. Service and employees were great. Only issue was the restaurants on property are hard to get into. They have 3 and we only got into 1 in 4 days and even that one was a whole mixup before they let us in. Also we wanted to book the private dinner but nobody ever got back to us. Regardless I would go back and I would recommend to anyone.

This property was really nice, the food was good, the room was clean and they had late night room service. I would have loved to give 5 stars but there were a few hiccups for me. Make sure you make a reservation at the restaurants when you check-in. It just doesn’t make sense to not go to the restaurants when the food is too good but don’t freight because the buffet is good also.
I was eligible for an upgrade but it was my responsibility to go to the desk at 7am to remind them, when I thought they would have just gotten the room for me and called me to move. We moved to another room, stepped out for a few and came back to a puddle of water from the AC, we were moved to a third room, that was an upgrade but they only had a king bed on the first floor. With this we did get a complimentary 30 minute massage that we changed to a 50 minute massage but wish that we would have done a 70 or 90 minute massage.
Overall S Hotel is a great place to stay and I would visit again. Just remember that “everything in Jamaica is Irie” and they mean it because they are the upmost chillest people I have ever come across with no sense of urgency in the world.

I have traveled to a few Caribbean destinations and this hotel in my opinion ranks really high in service. The staff were super friendly and did a good job pampering us. The hotel is small which for us was great we were in a relax vacation so the hotel was nice and relaxing. We did not spend anytime in the pool because the beach was so awesome. They do have chair service and drink services at the beach. The restaurants were a bit of a mix bag, the buffet was probably my favorite the quality was pretty good and there was always something good there. The other restaurants had good options and some not so great. The room we stayed was ocean view which is a must, excellent view. It was a nice size room with nice showers and tub option. Overall a great place to stay.

This is absolutely the best hotel on the entire island of Jamaica. The facility is beautiful and the staff goes way above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect. The manager Andre is always available. We loved our 8 day stay and only hated having to leave and return home. Paula at the front desk was so helpful. An entire staff of concierge is available 24 hours Tirel was great. All the restaurants and food were exceptional. The servers at the restaurants are well trained and do such a great job. If you are going to Jamaica stop looking and book at the S Hotel. It will be a beautiful experience.
