The front desk staff was excellent. Cassidy who checked us in was very accomodating and helped us save money on a motorized wheelchair rental. Housekeeping team kept our room nice and tidy every day for all 5 nights. The breakfast service was a little bit crazy since there were so many guests, but the free meal was very decent. I would definitely repeat a Hampton Inn stay in the future.

The front desk service was excellent. The location was great for visiting Disney. Walking distance or walk to Toy Story lot and take shuttle. Breakfast was good for families trying to save a few bucks. Didn’t use pool or hot tub but they looked nice. The gym was good. Nice free weight section and machines were ok. Beds were a little too firm and not super comfortable. That’s my only complaint.

Exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for 6 people and the staff was beyond professional and helpful. Went to Disney for the day and I could honestly say the staff here was way more friendlier than Disney workers. I will be staying here again. I wished they would shuttle to Disney and back but I can’t ask for much. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious! Ok bye.

Hotel was clean, front desk staff was friendly, breakfast offered in morning, and room was in good condition as shown in photos. The beds were a bit creaky and not the most comfortable, but they were adequate and did the job. Location was close to Disneyland as well with Disney shuttle within less than five minute walking distance.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, responsive and professional. The amenities were also very nice & the lobby was clean & inviting. Super convenient re: restaurant options, shops & Disneyland. However, the cleaning solution used in the rooms (likely bleach) was quite strong-- and everything smelled like disinfectant (towels, sheets, etc.) Wished we could have had better ventilation somehow. Hard to sleep with the smell. Recognize the need to sanitize because of COVID-- yet perhaps some other cleaning options could be explored.

Love this hotel. I have stayed multiple times and love it. My only complaint is that the housekeeping came to the door multiple times at checkout. We asked what time checkout was. We were told 11. This was maybe 10. Not even 30 minutes later, they were knocking again.

Clean/safe, phenomenal customer service, delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Convenient walk or shuttle ride to Disneyland. There were extra security features which we appreciated also, such as the key pass for the elevator. We have stayed in many hotels nearby, but now that we have found this place, we will be coming back here every visit! It was a little more expensive that other places, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

staff was nice, location to Disneyland good- too hot to walk when we were there but it's walk-able and not an expensive LYFT ride. There was some pretty noticeable graffiti on the wall of our room which it looks like they tried to clean but it was still there (f word) there was a lot of noise from the road that came through even with the AC on. But the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it felt safe inspite of the graffiti.

Very clean and comfortable stay. All staff in every department were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Parents enjoyed the jacuzzi. Lots of breakfast options. Easy walk to Toy Story shuttle for entrance to Disneyland. Would stay again. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our kids love the bunk bed and daily hot breakfast. There’s one thing that turned us down was packing fee $35 per day. They charged us whole day for our first day despite we checked in late past midnight. ☺️ Beside that , it’s a nice place for families travel with kids to Disneyland parks. Highly recommend.
