Very spacious, clean, & spacious space. Kitchen has all basic utensils & cooking needs. Beautifully decorated. Very happy with my stay. Would stay again & recommend to others.

Overall, great location and the property is excellent. At night time, it is very loud and noisy due to the neighboring bars. We could not sleep especially after being tired sightseeing all day.

Communication with staff was very good. Early check in was not available due to high season which is understandable but they responded to my requests quickly! The location was very close to the train station and cafes, restaurants and groceries were right outside the door. The loft was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Area seems to be up and coming. Restaurant options were good but we had to find our own parking offsite. Parking was only about 5 min walk though. Could walk to old Quebec but would be about 40 min walk.

This property was incredible! Such a beautiful place to stay, had a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and located right in the heart of Old Quebec! We had a bit of a hard time finding the paid parking lot as there was an event going on with some road closures but once we put in the lot address to google maps it brought us right there. Once we arrived inside the loft we were in love, it was beautiful.The people above us had children so we could hear some running around in the evening and some chair dragging above us in the morning but we were awake so it didn’t bother us. Everything u needed was close by. Would definitely recommend!

This loft is a newly built condo, which is very modern and clean. Really like it. It's situated near the Old Port and the street was closed for walking in the summer. Great place, great location.

The apartment we had at Les Lofts St. Roch was lovely! It was large, clean, and we had everything we needed for linens and for kitchen supplies. The furniture and beds were modern in design and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again as it is a 10 minute walk to Old Quebec. At times the neighbourhood was noisy but it didn’t affect our sleeping. I was concerned because there was a damage deposit and I thought some spots on the walls and on the floor needed repair. I spoke to the staff and they were very personable. When I emailed them, I always got a quick response.

Stayed for 5 days. Had the ground floor loft facing the street. Huge space, great appliances, and pretty much all you need. Odd pink coloured accenting. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Easy walking distance to the Chateau Frontenac area and even to Grande Allee if you are up for a little more of a hike. Area seemed safe. Only complaint would be there is not much in the way of soundproofing - you can hear everyone walking in the suite above you, people going in and out of the building, and one night late night partiers decided to bang on the front windows. In the end though I would recommend going here.

The apartment was very spacious abd functional, clean, located in walking distance to the old city, harbor, beautiful park along the river, and there are plenty of places to drink and dine as well as the supermarket nearby. Could not have wished for a better place to stay and even enjoyed the rooftop terrace during the dry days.

Condition is disappointed and does not match the room pictures online. Floor are not clean and washer & dryers are not clean.

The unit was very clean and stylish. It would have been great to have some coffee for in the morning. Checking in was awful. We weren’t supplied a code to check in until almost 3 hours after check in. It took 4 calls and emails

Great stay! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Les Lofts in Quebec City and it was great. We were able to check in early and the suite was really clean. The kitchen had the essentials which was good. It would have been nice if there was coffee & a filter for a day or two. All in all, it was a great place and walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Not worth it people complain from bottom floor and they called police. Which gave us a ticket.

Absolutely beautiful loft, very clean and crisp, the rooftop patio is private, and lovely. As soon as I opened the door, I thought 'wow'! I will definitely stay here again. It's in an excellent area for walking and restaurants, very quite as well.

The property had a fully furnished living room and kitchen. This was awesome because you can live independently like at home cooking if you please and relaxing on the couch late at night. It is a 15-minute walk to the core of the old city and there is also a Metro one block away from the loft. The street and building were very quiet at night.Overall, this is an excellent value and the amenities allow you excellent freedom in options to avoid the usual frustrations of travel. I highly recommend Les Lofts St-Roch and associated lofts across town. Merci beaucoup!

Great location! Nice accommodations! Comfortable and clean! Working kitchen. Nice bathrooms and great layout.Located on a happening street, close by parking- part of the reservation that was not clear at the time of booking. Grocery store 1.5 blocks away.

It actually freaks me out when I found the room is bigger than my room! Great place to stay with family and spending a relaxing time in Québec City.

The lofts are large, spacious and minimally appointed which is very visually appealing. The unit was super clean and the staff is very attentive and courteous. Our major complaint is the noise. The buildings are made of wood and there are no floor coverings so you can hear your neighbours both in the hallways and above you. We had two young children staying above us who were terribly behaved. They would run, jump and stomp for HOURS beginning at 7am. Despite 3 noise complaints to the property owners, the parents refused to comply with common decency and behaviour. Even though the location is great and the staff are wonderful, my husband and I were so put off by the noise on our vscatiln that we will not be staying here again. If you book, bear in mind that noisy neighbours could very well ruin your stay. If noise dosen't bother you then you will enjoy your time here.

Very nice spacious loft in hip part of Quebec, not far from the Old Town (walkable!). The loft was nice and clean. Service was also very helpful and friendly!

Parking is time, work and costly.

Convenient location - within walking distance to old Quebec. Lovely place, but a couple of drawbacks are street parking situation, though we didn't have too much trouble finding parking 5-10 minutes walk away, and less-than clear instruction on garbage disposal. Otherwise, i'd love to stay at this place again!
