The views to The Duomo and over Florence are spectacular and the standard of the accommodation and facilities amazing. The spacious outside deck made it.
The location right on Piazza Della Republicca is central for everything. The booking process and key pick up, service/contact before arrival all perfect
The noise (at times worse than others) from the air con vents for the building was a bit annoying and the toilet was difficult to flush

The location is amazing, absolutely unbeatable. The apartment is big and relatively clean.
The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, I ended having to use my travel neck pillow to sleep. The shower tub setup was really cool but didn’t seem clean enough. Would’ve loved an iron. The refrigerator smelled to weird to use/open. The heating cooling system hummed loudly all day. The ceiling smoke detectors flickered all night. The building door takes a long time to open and close so you find yourself standing there to make sure no one breaks in.

Beautiful apartment, with the best view in the city! It's a perfect little spot to retreat away from the business of Florence, while still enjoying the city. Well equipped and great facilities for what we needed.
Nothing - we loved the place and would book again if we were coming back to Florence!

Rooftop studio apartment with an unbeatable location at the Piazza della Repubblica and view of the Duomo. Large terrace. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom and wellness shower. Kitchen. Writing desk. Complementary bottle of water and wine to welcome you. Close proximity to many of the sights, cafes, shops, etc. Global Blue's office is even in the first floor. Loved our stay.
The shower is in the middle of room with all glass walls. If you need privacy, this could be an issue.

The view was amazing. the bed was comfortable, it was a cosy space. Close to everything, great location.
A lot of faulty items that were advertised. TVs didn’t work, shower curtain was faulty and there was no cutlery

This is an amazing apartment. It is on the very top floor of a building looking straight out at the Duomo. The apartment itself was very cool and modern, and then the view is incredible. It is also very centrally located.
There is a fake fireplace with a big glass vent that can't be used, but is still there and slightly blocks the view. A minor thing on an otherwise amazing stay.

The apartment itself was so nice! The view was unbeatable and the shower and kitchen facilities were amazing. The location of this apartment was second to none.

Very modern apartment with incredible views of the top third or so of the Duomo and Camapanile from a roof top deck. Amazon location and right next to a taxi stand for easy arrival and departure.
A bit of a pain to get checked in. mMore emails than necessary asking when we would arrive and front desk still had to call the guy with key once we got there.

Very spacious and comfortable. Good location.
Views are nothing like the photos. There was no view of the Dome from the terrace, just rooftops in the distance. All night there was a very loud noise coming from outside like a generator and it made it hard to sleep. I messaged the property to ask what the loud noise was and got ignored. Not what I would expect from a luxury apartment.

The view alone is worth the price of admission… but add to that the best shower ever, impeccable accommodations and a million unexpected & delightful extras, this place is incredibly special.

The apartment was very clean with great facilities and a shower to die for. The location above the piazza next to gilli cafe was awesome with fantastic views of the duomo and city. Would definitely return.

there’s no doubt that you will love the facilities, the view, the beautiful apartment, the shower, the lights. it’s a great location, you view the duomo and u will sit on the terrace and enjoy some takeaway even while being in Florence cus i sure did! <3
the housekeeping maid showed up on the dot and kept knocking. i said just 1 minute and she would just not stop knocking. turns out she didn’t know English so it’s not that bad but I think when it comes to luxury stays, the staff including the housekeeping should be able to understand some level of English cus it’s for tourists mainly :)

the most stunning view of the duomo that you could ever imagine! not even the rooftop bars get you as close! we loved our stay here. we were only here for a night but we wished we booked more in advance so we could have had a longer stay! highlights of the suite: ideal location, rooftop patio is AMAZING (you honestly don’t even need to leave your room!), gorgeous decor/finishings, the host is easy to get ahold of and very accommodating!
nothing! a few waters in the fridge would be a nice addition but no big deal!

terribly dirty, a thick layer of dust everywhere did not even know where to put the bag, from previous guests there was hair everywhere, a jacuzzi that exudes a terrible smell (((
and many other shortcomings ... ((((cleaning the next day did not fix the situation! ((((

At ground floor is it Cafe Gilly.
they don’t have any cutlery, and wine opener.
and they do not have laggage storage.
