Parking is not easy and the Navi guides you to the wrong street Lift was long occupied by the cleaning lady

We'll equipped room with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and a fan had been provided.

Paying 10 francs for the parking, which wasn't easy to find without help.

Nearness to Train station with good connectivity

Even though cleaning, washing machine charges were included in price, no cleaning was done during the stay. i had to pay for using washing machine.

No hair dryer in the room or laundry room, have to wait for the housekeeper to bring it the next morning. Washer and dryer only accept a one Fr coin, anything smaller than that does not work. Hear the church bell rings.

It's a great location between Zurich and Luzern if you want to visit both cities. Also having coffee in the room was a great little touch.

Check in was a bit difficult, had to phone the company to figure out which code opens which door. We also had issues with the main entrance, as sometimes it didn't open and we had to enter the code multiple times. Inside the room there was a bad smell coming from the pillows or duvet, they were quite old. Bathroom door couldn't be closed and was also made of 1cm thick piece of wood which is not ideal. Parking no longer costs 10 frk a day, as we paid a lot more for less time, needs to be updated!The room is a bit expensive for what it is.

I am traveling all the time, never had a bad experience before. But now, yes. When we arrived there, the code wasn't working which they gave us. They didn't pick up the phone at all. I was standing in front of the building for an hour, i asked every people who came out from the bulindig for help. No one could help me. But then a lady came, and i think she was the cleaning lady, and she called the boss, and then she opened our room with her code of work. They gave us a totally wrong code. So we were lucky. If we hadn't met her, we wouldn't have been able to enter. They didn't even say sorry. So it was my worst experience ever.
