Only the location

We were not told that the property is under renovation. Half the facilities were not provided but we were charged the full amount. The basic amenities like brushing kit, bathroom slippers were chargeable. On the day of day of check out water bottles were chargeable. Highly disappointing. Water was leaking r from the bathroom basin.

An embarrassment. The construction renovation work made the entrance area a mess (no staff available to guide guests) and I couldn't risk the food there even for a brief stay so despite shelling out the full payment in advance, I aborted plans after reaching the hotel in Jamshedpur. Needless to say the Hotel didn't offer even a partial re-payment

Good location for my business purpose.

Centrally located smart hotel that follows a minimalist approach. Clean, good food and a fabulous restaurant with smiling staff always ready to help (sometimes going out of the call of duty) . Genuine warmth of this staff enthralled me

Reception and room cleaning department slightly understaffed. Too few in number, but slightly inexperienced staff/greenhorns need a little more handholding from seniors. Sometimes they get overwhelmed by a sudden rish of a large number of guests during check-in and check out at the reception. On the evening shifts, there was only a single room cleaning staff to handle dozens of rooms

The breakfast could have few more options.

Room size is very much compromised. The quality of mattress was also bad. It needs replacement. Staff at reception is expected to be little more polite and courteous. I think they lack proper training.

Budget hotel

A strict no smoking policy in the premises too. if they are so concerned about health, the management should get out from steel and auto industry ☺️
