There is no wifi in the rooms and the staff is very rude

Very noisy (bedroom was on the main road with trucks delivering all night. Music loud in the swimming pool and at breakfast)

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The pool and restaurant area far exceeded my expectations, and for the price point, especially outstanding. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is good. A five minute walk to the ADO, and across the street from a Chedraui and OXXO. Good AC.

The location although central, is really loud. But I did ask if they had a quiet room not facing the busy street and they accommodated me so noise wasn't an issue for my stay.

Very clean, nice pool, room had AC and very good value for money. The hotel is close to the ADO terminal and the staff were very friendly. We were able to use the pool and store our bags (securely) while we waited for our night bus. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant as it was closed but overall very happy.

Sweet swimming pool and pool table. Also they have clean rooms and a great bathroom. Next to the hotel is a big supermarket. Friendly staff but can't speak English

Our beds were too hard for us. It made my hip hurt and went down to my legs. And depending on the room the wifi range can be to a minimum

it was last option for accomodation, but it was one of the best in Mexico! we arrived after 7h in car and reataurant was still oppened. we ordered Club sendwich and steak. the Sendwich was delicious. You have to order Margarita drink!! we were in ground floor near to swimmimg pool, but the silence was respectfull. The room is comforable, big and clean. The bathroom is huge with hot water. the staff is really helpful, funny and kind.

during our leaving we were asked to wait till manager will not checked the room. (it is common usual in large hotel) but it really looks wiered for us, if there is no things to demage.

The bus station is very close to the hotel, you dont need to take a taxi.

No english speaking staff, I think it is not acceptable from a 4star hotel. The double beds were too small for 2 people, I dont recommend it for shared use. Therr is no minibar in the room and the safe didnt work. There is no elevator at this hotel, so you have to carry your lugagge to the 3rd floor or pay for the staff to help you. The excursions they offer you are much more expensive as directly at the organizer company, so I suggest to avoid from booking tours at the hotel, you can easy book it at the bus station until 10pm every day.

Free parking, nice location on the Main Street next to big supermarket. Room was clean and comfortable. You gotta pay for breakfast here but it’s worth the money as it was buffet and so good!!

we had to change the room, because in the first one we didn't get a proper internet connection, but the reception was very helpful and after the change it was completely fine

Nothing really, it was the worst hotel experience i ever had. everything from the facilities promised to the staff were just plane horrible.

EVERYTHING. We had to change rooms 2 times on the first night because it was so bad. We payed for a room with wifi, there was no connection at all. We payed for a room with city view, we looked at a wall and did not even have natural light inside. on arrival we asked how late the restaurant would be open as we had traveled for 1O hours on bus from san cristobal to palenque, they told us 22.30. After all the moving of the rooms it was 22.10 and they already closed the restaurant and refused to give us anything to eat or even drink. After asking for new room they put is in an even smaller room where we even found a bloody towel ROLLED UP like it was new, when telling them they got arrogant and refused to do anything with it. In the new room there was 1 block of wifi connection - so still not workable at all (we all work on our computers) Then they promised us breakfast and a discount on an excursion. What they came with was a coffee, orange juice and 4 toasts total for 4 people without even spread coming with it. (sitting us right next to the open buffet) The discount they wanted us to give was 50 pesos on a 600 pesos excursion that costed 350-400 pesos everywhere else! We told them we would leave the place because it was that horrible, they promised us an upgraded room for the day after. When we arrived there it was exactly the same room as the day before but with a small balcony that you couldnt even stand on. The reason we didnt leave the place was because on both days we arrived very late at the place so couldnt find any other place. We should have left after the first day but their promise of a new room and not wanting to move places after a full day excursion kept us there. Worst decision ever. After all this stuff they even tried to charge us for a water bottle when we had a coupon to get a free drink. Bunch of ...

Bed, felt cheap, disorganised. We stayed in a 3 star hotel thr night before which was much better and nicer.
