Comfy bed, good wardrobe space, underground secure parking and nice bathroom.

•Washing machine terrible - doesn’t dispense enough water on a short cycle to mix with the powder capsule provide by the agency so dark clothes ended up with red burnt stains!! •Unclear that parking space was underground and that you needed to use a fob to open the garage. The manual door operation inside doesn’t work. •Having to pay extra for bedding is ridiculous. Towels more understandable but still a shame. •Vacuum cleaner head and tube so clogged with dirt, dust and hair that it didn’t work. We had to in-clog it ourselves to vacuum the very dirty floors throughout on arrival. Vacuum and broom need replacing asap. Not fit for purpose. •Having to go to the agency on arrival and departure very annoying. Why not put in a keybox at the accommodation?? •Apartment very hot at night and no air con. Only thing you could do was open the windows and get woken up early by the extremely excessive traffic noise - it sits on a busy crossroads.
