Villa with private pool on prestigious estate
Villa contemporanea di 5 locali situata in un'oasi di pace circondata da ulivi e palme con una grande piscina di 40 m2 su un terreno di 1000 m2 senza esposizione opposta a sud-ovest. Per sfruttare appieno la vita all'aria aperta, beneficiare di una cucina all'aperto con frigorifero e un grande barbecue. Potrai anche approfittare del sole tutto il giorno, magnifici tramonti e l'intensa illuminazione a LED bianchi di tutta la piscina per nuotare la sera. Per una maggiore sicurezza, hai la possibilità di mettere la barriera protettiva in tutta la piscina per i bambini piccoli. Hai a disposizione una doccia e un WC. All'interno, la villa ha un ampio soggiorno che si apre su una cucina americana, aria condizionata regolabile individualmente in ogni stanza (essenziale in estate nella nostra regione), un bagno, una cabina doccia, 3 camere da letto ( 4K LCD e TV Full HD, lettore DVD, Apple TV, Netflix, canali tedeschi), una sala giochi con divano letto (TV LCD 4K 101 cm, Apple TV, Netflix, lettore Blu-ray), un soggiorno con home cinema LCD 4K 140 cm e lettore Blu-ray (Apple TV, Netflix, rivoluzione freebox (canali stranieri). Per le attività di bambini e genitori, hai anche un tavolo da ping pong, un canestro da basket, un numero di nuove biciclette (ATV) per passeggiare nell'area intorno ai suoi 3 laghi e nel parco naturale di Vaugrenier con una superficie di 21 ettari al confine con il dominio. Hai a tua disposizione WIFI in tutte le camere, XBOX e WII. Sarai situato nel dominio Hauts de Vaugrenier, sicuro con un posto di guardia all'ingresso e all'interno del dominio con guardie 24 ore che fanno il giro giorno e notte. La villa è anche completamente sicura e recintata con un codice. Puoi anche beneficiare delle attività del dominio: piscina olimpionica, 8 campi da tennis, ristorante del dominio che ti consegna a casa, 3 laghi, un parco giochi per bambini, un campo da basket, un piccolo campo da calcio, una partita a palla e un campo sportivo. La tenuta comprende anche un negozio di alimentari, un estetista, un parrucchiere, un medico e una farmacia. Sei a 1 chilometro dalle spiagge e dai negozi. Sei vicino a Biot Marineland e Aquasplash (5 km). In auto, siete a 10 minuti dalle spiagge di Cap Antibes e Juan les Pins e 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Nizza.

It is a fantastic house and even better than the photos. The pool area and garden is just amazing! The pull-out bed in the small room could be better if two people should sleep there for a whole week, but that is the only negative thing to say. Otherwise this pool house is just fantastic!

Es war wieder wunderschön
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Villa. Es war wunderschön. Es fehlt an nichts. Selbst das Spielzimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für Groß und Klein sind viele Sachen vorhanden und in einem top Zustand. Das Schwimmbad (sehr sauber) wurde eingezäunt, so dass wir uns mit unserer kleinen Tochter viel sicherer fühlen konnten. Die Klimaanlage ist für jedes Zimmer einzeln zu regeln, was bei diesen Sommertemperaturen ein wahrer Segen ist. Wir würden auch ein drittes Mal wiederkommen.

Villa superbe
Nous avons passé trois superbes semaines dans cette villa hyper équipée. Rien ne manque. Les photos du sites reflètent la vérité, pas de mauvaises surprises. Le site est très joli et calme. Piscine et jardin extrêmement agréables. Un Vival, une pharmacie et un boucher sont dans le domaine ce qui est très pratique. Nice, Monaco, Antibes... sont à proximité. Réservez-les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus !

Es war einfach perfekt
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, es stehen eine große Anzahl von Spielen zur Verfügung, die Fahrräder sind in einem top Zustand, die Klimaanlage ist für jedes Zimmer einzeln regulierbar und einfach zu bedienen, der Außenbereich ist wunderschön,... Sandro und seine Frau sind sehr bedacht, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da unsere Jüngste noch nicht schwimmen kann, war der Pool bereits bei unserer Ankunft eingezäunt. So fühlt man sich viel sicherer.
Wir werden noch oft an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Haus
Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool war super und sogar für unseren kleinen Sohn extra mit einem Zaun umspannt.
Mit Kindern ist der Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert, da Spiele, Spielzeug und sogar Fahrräder vorhanden sind. Sandro war erstklassig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre - kein einziger Kritikpunkt. 5*!

Vacances Farniente
Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Sandro au mois de juillet, en famille ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants).
La propriété est sécurisée avec gardien à l’entrée, ce qui est rassurant. Il y a un petit Vival qui permet de se ravitailler pour quelques courses d’appoint. Le boucher Top (excellente viande pour les grillades).
Pour la maison, rien à redire. Elle est parfaite. La maîtresse de maison ( très sympathique) a mis tout le nécessaire ( vaisselle, agencement pratique de tout) pour que les vacanciers passent justement de bonnes vacances ! Et elle sait se rendre disponible, si nécessaire. La maison de plain pied est top, surtout avec des enfants. Les chambres bien aménagées, modernes... et merci pour la clim dans toutes les pièces, indispensable l’été dans cette région. La piscine et son coin barbecue nous a permis de passer d’excellentes soirées en famille.
Enfin le rapport qualité /prix est plus que correct, étant originaire de la région, je connais les prix habituellement pratiqués.

Super Urlaub, super Haus, super Vermieter
In unserem Urlaub stimmte wirklich alles. Das tolle und moderne Haus mit jeglicher Ausstattung, die man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Toller Pool, tolle Ambientebeleuchtung, Außengrill und einfach geniale Lage für tolle Ausflüge. Sandro ist dazu ein super Eigentümer, der immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit war. Egal ob bei Fragen zu Ausflügen oder bei Verständnisfragen. Jeder Zeit wieder gern...100% recommendation Thank you Sandro.

Clean and lovely house
Beautiful house, which we very much enjoyed staying in. We were travelling with 5 kids and we had the fence around the pool, which meant that the parents could also relax:-) As we spent the days outside, it was nice to have a kitchen and toilet outside.
The owners were very helpful with everything.
Would highly recommend:-)

We are family of 5 with children aged 17, 14 and 9. Everyone found something to love about this villa.
It is very modern with all the facilities you could ever need for a relaxing stay.
It is located in a secure, gated community about 5 minutes from Villeneuve-Loubet and the A8, 15 minutes from Nice and Antibes if you catch the traffic just right.
The pool is fantastic, heated to 28°c and very well maintained. It is perfect for small people and bigger people who just want to splash about. For those who want a bit more there is access to the community's very big swimming pool a few minutes down the road.
The communication/feedback from the owner was exceptional; informative, helpful and quick. When we arrived at the villa we were given a full tour of the facilities with a full explanation of the very expensive TV and entertainment systems. If you spend your time sat in front an X-Box though you will miss out on SO much which the area has to offer you and your family.
You will need your own transport. Whilst there are very good and affordable local taxi services the villa is tucked away on the complex. You CAN walk to the local shop, bar and restaurant but you will find that a car will allow you to get around the complex much easier and to explore the local area. The villa has a good variety of bi-cycles available though if that's your "thing".
On arrival we found the villa to have been cleaned to a very high standard and that there was a variety of products in the fridge and cupboards to get you started. This was very helpful as there is nothing worse that arriving at your holiday home and realising that your 1st shopping trip to the local super-marche (Casino or Carrefour) will involve you having to purchase basic stuff such as cooking oil, sugar, milk, condiments and bread,
Hopefully this review will be of help to anyone looking to book this villa. We had a fantastic time and we look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful house in nice area
We had a wonderful two-week stay in Sandro`s house. We loved the house - inside and out. The house was very clean and easy to live in. The kitchen was perfect for families with small children, with its large size and well-planned lay-out. The bedrooms were clean and nice. The bathrooms were very recently renovated to high standards.
The garden and pool were very well maintained, and we enjoyed the pool area very much! We also enjoyed the area, with playground for the kids, tennis courts for adults and small supermarket! Sandro and his family were very easy to communicate with, and always replied quickly to any inquires from our side. Overall, we would not hesitate to come back, and we would highly recommend this house!

Perfect family holiday in this beautiful, well-equipped central villa
We have just spent a wonderful week in this great villa perfect for one or two families. The hosts were so considerate and helpful. The pool had been enclosed with a fence, because we brought a 2-year-old, cold drinks were ready for us in the refrigerator, there was coffee, spices and everything we needed to start up. Some days we just relaxed in the domain in the pool or on the tennis courts, other days we went out to visit some of all the beautiful places just around the domain. We hope to return and wish our hosts all the best.

Beautiful villa, perfect holiday
I would recommend the property to my friends as the villa was very nice, comfortable, spacious and well equiped. We were planning to visit the area but we actually spent a lot of time relaxing in the outside dining and sitting area facing the pool because the weather was perfect : "apéro" and BBQ...
The children enjoyed playing in the garden.
