So here we go: stayed for 9 nights (me + partner) in this iconic hotel that met all our expectations. Easy 10 minutes ride from airport. Not in a very crowded area like the Marina or Business districts. Metro 5 min walk. We got a very nice early check-in, no extra fees asked. We are frequent travellers to Dubai, and this hotel has clearly a serious management running a serious team of very professional staff tru the whole hotel. Compliments! So if you like to be pampered in a nice way : go here! Rooms were very nice and spacious. Daily great room cleaning, in detail! Great shower, lovely large towels and amnities. Nice beds for very comfortable quiet sleep with a very silent A/C. Breakfast was great, all fresh and prime food. Some rush moments - like in any larger hotel - but nothing like waiting, ques or anything. Indian, Local and International breakfast offered. And when entering or leaving the hotel, the front men give you the best feel-good smile. Really, strongly recommended hotel!

Some smaller signs of wear throughout the hotel... Go a little easy on the pricing at the (pool) bar... this would for sure have made us and other guests drink/consume a bit more.

I had very bad experience, Hotel reception booked a smoking room without having my permission from me , after complaining they informed they did this because they were out of rooms , he didn’t even bother to ask me or to upgrade my room The sound deadening material is very bad in this hotel,you can hear the car exhaust sound from the room very close from floor 18, sounds of your next room is leaking to my hotel room & it is very loud ! ,,, i could heard the floor above me sounds very loud, which stopped me from sleeping the whole night ,,I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t wake up for breakfast or use hotel facilities the next day !! I requested for full refund , the hotel rejected to refund me the money back that was really bad customer service ..despite how expensive the hotel is ,, I booked at hayat creek hotel the next day with the same price & the gap was day night difference….in every aspect it was much much better I knew that was a scam I don’t recommend this hotel at all ,, I visited Dubai frequently, I rarely experienced such things in Dubai hotels So I don’t recommend this hotel , despite how expensive it is … & don’t believe the review rate it doesn’t reflect the real image of this hotel unfortunately

Everything about the hotel is exquisite, exudes elegance, service exceeded my expectations.

Nothing. There’s room for improvement though with their breakfast, they could have more options or a greater variety of options on different days. Otherwise we were still happy with the food.

Tutto perfetto, dalla gentilezza del personale alle camere con un livello di comfort veramente alto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale! Ogni volta che passiamo per Dubai è la nostra prima scelta, anche perché si trova a metà strada fra l'aeroporto e la parte centrale di Dubai

Il giorno dell'arrivo una mail mi ha avvisato che il pagamento non era possibile a causa della mia carta di credito e che avrebbero annullato la prenotazione nel caso non avessi provveduto. Ovviamente qualcosa non ha funzionato nei loro sistemi perché ho pagato regolarmente in loco il giorno stesso senza problemi. Nei 2 giorni successivi mi sono arrivate altre mail dello stesso tipo, nonostante come scritto avessi già pagato. Un po' più di attenzione in questo aspetto non guasterebbe.

Vicino all’aeroporto, molto comodo se si ha un volo al mattino. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un upgrade decisamente gradito!. La colazione è molto diversificata, soddisfa tutti i palati; il personale è davvero gentile e premuroso. Taxi in abbondanza. È la quarta volta che alloggio qui, e per il futuro non ho nessuna intenzione di cambiare!

Eviterei il cambio delle lenzuola tutti i giorni; anche il numero degli asciugamani ( 8 più 2 accappatoi, per due persone) è davvero esagerato. Diventare un po’ più “green” non sarebbe male…. Il ristorante al roof-top (Eye) ha un panorama superlativo, ma cibo è mediocre e a prezzi davvero alti

Das Personal war überaus freundlich, super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich kam schon in der Früh an und das war überhaupt kein Problem. Sogar Frühstück habe ich direkt bekommen. Bei der Abreise hat man mir das Zimmer zwei Stunden länger zur Verfügung gestellt, damit ich keinen Stress habe und direkt zum Flughafen kann. Es war super sauber und stets genug Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kostenlos!! Schöner Wellnessbereich und eine TOP Rooftop-Bar mit einer wahnsinns Aussicht auf die Skyline der Stadt!! Die Metro ist fußläufig ein paar Minuten entfernt. Generell eine tolle Lage. Alles in allem ein super Hotel!!

Ich würde dem Hotel empfehlen, in mind. zwei gute Baristas zu investieren und mind. 2 Leute hinter die Theke zu stellen. Meist war nur eine einzige Person an den Kaffeemaschinen und völlig überfordert. Somit war es etwas chaotisch mit langen Wartezeiten beim Frühstück. Auf dem Zimmer hat man in der Dusche die untere Dichtung der Duschtür falsch angebracht. Außen statt innen!! Somit ist das Wasser immer unter der Tür durchgelaufen und der Boden im Bad war nass. Das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die easy zu beheben sind und die den tollen Aufenthalt nicht sonderlich beeinflusst haben!!

Wir durften früher ins große Zimmer, die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Bar Eve im 34. Stock hat eine großartige Aussicht. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens.

Die Duschen wurden morgens nicht warm und abends sind sie zu heiß. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat muffig im Zimmer gerochen, was vermutlich an einer alten verkeimten Klimaanlage liegt. Auch ein fieberhafter Infekt, der mich im Hotel ereilte, spricht für eine dringend benötigte Wartung der Klimaanlage.
