Great hotwl in an excellent locarion near the Christmas market. Loved it. Bed a bit hard but super clean room. Would stay agin definitwly. Super staff.

This was such a wonderful stay from start to finish. The reception team was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was feet away from the Christmas market and the Cologne Cathedral, and the area was very pleasant. There is also a station for free hot chocolate/coffee which was so welcomed after a long day spent outside at the markets.

We loved this hotel. Staff was friendly. We had a great view from our room, the cathedral and Christmas market. We loved that they had free cappuccino/espresso machine in lobby.

The stay was really good apart from the noise from other rooms and outside (i know this is out of your control). The room was really hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. The bed was very hard and felt like it was at an angle when laying on it. The pillow too soft which gave me a sore back and neck. The desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room is a good size, but the fittings and wall coverings are tired and a bit marked, though not dirty. Main issue was noise from 6am from the building site behind the hotel. Also could not get a late check out.

This property was incredibly special - located on top of the historic Früh Brewery with a breathtaking view of the Dom!

Location was perfect, so was the restaurant/brewhouse attached. We were prepared for the construction behind the property, and it was not an issue on the weekend. Every night at 2-3 am the streets outside the hotel got really loud with people walking back from the bars, and since there’s no a/c, the open windows let in all the noise.

Right from walking in we were greeted. The hotel and staff were great. Very clean establishment extremely close to the cathedral. Plus the history of the Früh that you can learn while you are knocking back some beer. Absolutely an amazing time close to everything and in the perfect location in Köln. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Location is perfect to get to or from the station and whilst it's the Fruh hotel it's not directly above the bar and restaurant with the same name. The staff were really helpful. My only issue was some very strange pillows that seemed to be inflated and got very warm.

We had a perfect stay. Very friendly start. Great rooms and breakfast. It is in the center next to the dome. So convenient.

First time in Germany, and this hotel was a great example of how a hotel should be to welcome out of the country guests. Very nice and helpful, great staff, clean rooms with everything you need. Great wifi.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. Three of us stayed in a superior double room which was extremely spacious and so clean. The breakfast buffet was really good and offered a good choice of items. The staff ensured that it was replenished and were very helpful. The staff on reception were also great.

The room is clean and spacious. A bit noisy as it is near the cathedral & central station while the window is open, but it is acceptable.

Check in was easy, room was ready early! Room was large size, bathroom too. Bed was comfortable. Shower was small and shower-head was not working well, would not stay in place. blow dryer stopped after a few minutes.
Room was quiet at night.
There is no A/C in the room, but had large windows - you can open

Location is next to Cathedral and Train Station - very short walk. You can see Cathedral!

Nice hotel in perfect postion near cathedral, shopping and dining options. Staff are very friendly rooms are spacious. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Beds were average but pillows were comfy.
The one thing that let it down for us was no air conditioning, it was only 18 degrees but we like a cool room to sleep so had to keep the window open which wasnt ideal due to the cathedral ringing its bells constantly at stupid o clock. I wouldnt like to stay there in the height of summer.

Great hotel, centrally located close to many restaurants and the cathedral. Construction across the street starts early but the hotel room was still quiet with the windows closed. We had a triple room and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay again.

This hotel is located in the heart of Cologne old town. It is about ten minutes walk to central train station, Cologne Cathedral, Rhine river, and Schildergasse shopping street. Our room is clean and comfortable. The adjacent Früh restaurant serves good German foods such as Schnitzel, crispy knuckles (Schweinshaxe), etc. with Früh beer. The receptionist, Melody, speaks good English and is very helpful. She always answered our questions with big smiles.

The room itself lo9ked fine. However the pull out bed, was incredibly squeaky, the pillows and bedding thin and main bed was firm but ok. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open (likely needing an adjustment). The shower had great water pressure. We selected the hotel for its location, and while it was fine for 2 nights, I would not necessarily recommend it for more.
