Our stay was to celebrate our anniversary and it was a nicely located hotel which has easy access to the highway. There are restaurants in close proximity and at least 1 which was in the same parking lot as the hotel. Front desk was friendly and professional. We had to wait about 8 min. since our room was not ready yet. We sat and relaxed on one of their comfy couches out front. They offered us some water as we waited which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. We did get an Oceanview but hoped for a better view since our direct view was the pool and spa so it was hard to relax on the balcony with noise and constant busyness at the pool. The direct access to the beach was convenient and gave us an awesome view of the night sky which made our Oceanview much better. Thank you for the great stay. We'd stay here again and tell others about this place.

I live this hotel but they need to work harder on cleaning crew’s attention to details.
Upon check in there was no tv remote. Maintenance team brought a replacement within 15 minutes, only to wake up with the first remote under the sheet below me.
Next day did not replenish my coffee but maintenance team brought some within 30 minutes!
I expect better attention to these small details

I love this hotel, safe, clean, lots of spaces to hang out, it faces the ocean. Wherever you are on their property you can catch a view. The best part is all the employees are amazing

Everything was great but I felt like I was at a water park instead of a hotel with views. The only thing we were able to view were lots of kids and lots of dogs and plenty of spaces didn’t feel like we were able to use them because of the large groups. I suppose it’s all good but not the vibe we were expecting or hoping for.

It was exceptional. Rooms were spacious overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our time exploring the beach and caves.
The breakfast was just ok.
Otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

Great stay overall - super convenient to be able to order food from the restaurant to be delivered to you wherever you are on the property. Breakfast and cookies a plus. View was amazing. Water pressure not great and floors felt soft.

For the $400+ per night rate I expected a better room. Soap holder and other things in shower were painted over. AC was very loud and did not seem to work accurately. Had to basically beg for clean towels; took a few phone calls to receive them in an untimely manner

Good place to stay for 2-3 days, my kids enjoyed hotel but weather was cold in August and kids can’t swim . They are freezing. The pool water was like icy. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

The hotel itself is pretty average and is certainly over priced. The location is excellent, you can walk from your room to the beach in a few minutes. If you value the convenience of walking to the beach, it’s good, but there’s a five star hotel in SLO for a little more per night that will be much better value.

My family comes to Pismo every summer. We've stayed here twice now and I can say that this hotel is absolutely worth every penny. We have stayed at other hotels in the area looking to save a few hundred dollars and I mean it when I say, the convenience, cleanliness, landscaping, access to a gorgeous beach, plenty of amenities are worth the price.. You just can't get better than Seacrest. Thank you for having us again and we'll see you next summer.

Its really clean, blast and brew has many dining options, continental breakfast is excellent, you can literally walk down to the beach from the property or walk down to the pier.

It was nice staying at SeaCrest. Glad to have complementary breakfast. The ocean view was excellent, the oceanfront room was great. The only negative is the water-pressure from the restroom is very very low!

What an amazing location! I'm afraid I booked it as a stop-over on our way to somewhere else, but now I know that the SeaCrest is definitely a destination and not a side trip!

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive during check-in and check-out. We actually arrived a bit earlier than expected and the woman at the front desk let us into our room an hour ahead of schedule, which we appreciated! The room was spacious and clean. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, especially since the seagulls in the area can be particularly noisy. Would absolutely stay here again.

I very rarely indulge in an ocean front room and decided to take the leap. Probably shouldn’t have. They stuck us in the south tower with an “ocean front” view. I expected a full view and instead got a partial view and felt stuck in a corner with minimal views. I had a better view of the house next to the property. Considered asking for a different room but the front desk weren’t to friendly & welcoming so I decided not to fight that battle since I was on vacation. On the upside, the room was very private. Grounds were beautiful, room was spotless, and Wine Wednesday was a treat! There is also many options to sit around a fire pit and enjoy the beautiful views.

The Location was great. Able to see the ocean from our room and it had a great view of the whales when we were there. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze and they have BBQ Pits, my cousin owns a BBQ Restaurant so he brought some meat to cook.
