I had to shorten my visit because my father was discharged from Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital early and we requested a refund of one day.

I enjoyed they stay. They were repaving the parking lot when we arrived so parking was limited. Great breakfast. Will be staying again.

The property was under construction which I had no knowledge of when I booked the room. The first room I was given had 2 loud blowers in it and the front desk clerk said she wasn’t aware they were in there. She did give me another room after I requested it. The parking lot was being redone so there was limited parking and the front entrance was taped off during part of our stay. Good things were the front desk clerk was nice and helpful and the room we stayed in was clean and the pool was open even tho there were parts under construction as well and roped off.

The room was nice and clean, there was alot of construction going on so alot of dust and clutter. The young lady at the desk friday when we got there at 830. Was both lazy and unprofessional she seem to care about being on her phone more than anything else. There was a shortage of towels in the hotel . Breakfast was excellent. Other than that the stay was very good

The property was mostly clean but was under construction for renovations, which created a multitude of problems. The fire alarm went off for hours and forced us to leave. Then the elevator and WiFi were out for an extended period of time.

Arrived into town 2 hours before checkin. Did not expect our room to be ready but thought we'd just give it a try. Lady at the Front desk was very understanding and while our room was not quite ready, she upgraded us to the suite and gave us a call as soon as it was available, which ended up being before the advertised check in. Very accommodating and friendly, would recommend.

It was very good. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Very appreciative of our son’s service in the US Army.

No issues at all with the hotel and overall was a really good visit. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the hotel is under remodel so a lot of work being done to the building on ground floor and outside.

front desk manager Miss Yvonne was excellent. the hotel is being upgraded and there is lots of construction but she was so polite and professional that it was worth every penny. the breakfast could have been better and the hot water is not really hot so hopefully all these things will come with the upgrade :)

Difficult to find, as the roads around the property are confusing. Inadequate number of luggage carts, and the ones they had were not serviceable (flat tires). Breakfast was poorly staffed, as the food was entirely gone for over a half hour. On the other hand, friendly helpful staff. Adequate size room and furnishings. Clean. Everything worked well. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. HVAC worked well. All in all, a good value compared to other properties in the area.

The property was wonderful and our stay was great. I would have given five stars but I didn't get the room I had booked online. I booked a room with a handicap-accessible shower but got a regular room when we got there. The front desk did not offer much to help me accept to say they were sorry.
Since I was unable to get a shower, I had to cancel the plans I made for the next day and just head home. It was very disappointing. Otherwise, the experience was a good one. Breakfast was amazing!

The staff was amazing, our two room king suite was OK, The toilet seemed about ready to bust, which I was not too happy about. In addition, for the price of the two room suites, I would’ve expected it to be a little bit nicer. It seemed like two rooms made into one or some thing. I also found the elevators to be filthy. other than that the facility was great.

The location is great. The bathroom toilet was not seated properly and rocked side to side. Not very soundproof at all. Towels and washcloths were rough feeling, not up to the standards of Holiday Inn. Employees were friendly. Never received a towel service on a 3 night stay, wasn’t sure if I was supposed to receive one or not.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had all the amenities, I will stay again in the future.
