the staff and location was great.

floor looked dirty,the bed was hard, and I had to ask for bath clothes because it only had towels. the recliner chair was dirty, the shower was leaking, and had zip ties holding it up.

The value and location weren't bad at all Bradley Park is a fairly good area and the price for staying there for an extended period definitely was worth it.

The room we had was so badly stained with cigarette smell we had to wash most of our belongings 2x once we left. The fact that many of the outer doors didn't lock. The many or guests that were smoking their entire grow op of weed made our room not only smell like cigarettes daily but like we were staying in a smoke shop. The room we got had decaying and moldy grout. The bathroom we had, had hair and gunk in the corners on the floor. There is no way I would ever recommend taking anyone their unless your an avid smoker because you don't mind.

The location was great. It was exactly where I needed to be.

The building had several permanent live in residents, who treated the facility like an apartment complex...Loud music, drinking in the hallways, smoking at the entryway doors and such. I rented two rooms and in one room, the bed was literally broken. The side sloped down at such at angle it felt as though you would fall off. Our non smoking rooms reeked of stale cigarettes smoke and the AC didnt work properly in one room.

Not what I was expecting. Having only muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal.

After a 12 hour drive and being late evening, very dirty sheets, comforter and mattress cover. Took pictures because it was unacceptable.

The breafast was late, I asked customer service personnal to bring the breakfast, beause it is later than six in the moning. anyway, the breakfast was not ready until 630 Am. I had to leave aT 645A THE HOTEL.

PLEASE BRING A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSSONAL. CLEAN THE PLEASE. HAVE THE BREAKFAST READY AT 600AM AND DO NOT

The morning desk staff were attentive and apologetic.

When my daughter and I checked in, it took over 20 minutes to get us a room. The night staff openly complained that they were not trained properly to do thier job. When we got to the room, it was such a disappointment. The carpet was filthy, both stained and had obviously not been vacuumed. The sheets had stains on them. We were exhausted from a day of moving, (it was 1130 when we arrived) so we just went to bed. In the morning, we discovered that the toilet did not work and we did not have any bath towels!! I walked downstairs to get towels. The hallway smelled of stale smoke and there was a cigarette butt, along with other debris, in the hallway. I walked down the stairs and when I got to the first floor, the door knob was covered in what appeared to be jelly. The entire establishment was just disgusting. The morning manager said that she would speak to her regional manager and have her call me. The regional manager did call and offered me a free nights stay in the future, stating that I would receive an email with this credit. It is a week later and still no email. I guess I should not be surprised. My family and I travel extensively and typically only stay at Hilton or Marriott establishments because we are honors members with both. This was the first time I have ever stayed at an Extended Stay and it will be my last.

The facility is so dirty! It needs new kitchen appliances because the ones available are caked in dirt. It’s disgusting
