Lovely property, looks just like the pictures or even better. Fatima the chef and Ibtissam were amazing.

The Wi-Fi does cut out at times but everything else was great.

never written a negative review but for this place it’s more of a warning for others! For the first time ever, I travelled to Morocco for my birthday with a few of my male friends and decided to book this villa. When I arrived at the villa, I was told via Whatsapp by the owner that I had to pay a deposit of 1,000 EUR. This was never stated on the booking. All we had between us was 800EUR in cash which we handed over as we had no idea where we were and didn’t want to be kicked out. Within the first few days the cleaner dropped my watch on the floor which smashed the face. I advised the owner of this who said he would take it to his friend to have it fixed, I declined, as it’s an expensive watch of mine so I didn’t want to hand it over to a stranger only to a dealer which was in Marrakech. I told him I’d get a quote from where it was bought from in london and send it to him. He said he would pick up the cost for this (I’m assuming as he didn’t have insurance) and then told me it would have to come from the cleaners’ wages to try and make me feel bad!! On arrival we were also advised that we were not allowed to bring any Moroccan people into the villa, which we were fine with. I told him that we had a few friends coming over from the UK and asked if they could visit, to which he told us this was fine, as long as we sent photos of their passports to confirm they were British. I sent him the documents to confirm they were from the UK and when they arrived, I received horrific threatening behaviour from the owner telling me I’d brought prostitutes (!) to the villa and how he’d be coming the next day to throw us out and get the keys! My female friends were horrified to be accused of being prostitutes and left as they felt so uncomfortable. 

When he did come, he refused to give us our ‘deposit’ money back and said to us we were rich and that Allah will look after us, we don’t need the money.
