The Hyatt Centric Park City was a very enjoyable stay, the room was elegant, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel and grounds was well maintained. The wife and I stayed here for our 44th Anniversary and could not have picked a better place. Thank you Hyatt Centric Park City for the exceptional stay.

Beautiful property nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed a very spacious king suite. Couldn’t be happier with the room. A lot of dining options walkable from the hotel. Really enjoyed the pool and sauna too. Very comfortable stay!

Fire alarms went off at 2:00 am during my stay with no actual fire. Other than this the stay was great.

Beautiful resort with friendly staff. Our kids loved the game room and DVD rental machine. Bummer that the ski lift to the hotel wasn't working, so had to take a shuttle to main base.

Overall stay was good. Mask was mandated but many patrons did not abide by the rules and it was not enforced. The bathroom toilet rocked a bit. The shower door was not completed hinged properly. The room would creek and make noises all night. Strange! Service was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff always had on their masks. The rooms were nice and the hallways were well lit. Hotel had nice decor and felt warm and inviting. The ski rental shop on the 2nd floor was super convenient. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated and made getting around to the lifts and into Main Street very easy. Overall, a great stay at Hyatt Centric PC. We would come again.

Booked this hotel for a business retreat. We had 12 rooms for 12 couples reserved under the couples' names. The hotel had issues checking everyone in and even told 1 couple they didn't have a room when they actually did. Then they tried to charge the individuals instead of the card I put on file to charge! It was a total embarrassment. The hotel should have called my number if they had questions. Not hotels.com fault, but the hotel's fault. They also wanted to charge 1,000 for a conference room!! even though we bought so many rooms.

Overall, a great hotel. Comfortable, nicely appointed room with a lovely view; large bathroom with separate tub/shower (shower pressure not great). Pleasant staff. Great pool/sauna/fitness. Lovely location, though new condo construction going on nearby. Dining room staff was strained - few staff handling everything. Limited tables outside.

This hotel is new, well maintained, and staffed by casual, yet dedicated employees doing more for less in these days of covid. The property is exceptionally comfortable amidst many others designed to serve the ski clients with lift convenience. We can only hope the people who chose this hotel respect the original condition. We would like to return.
