The property is beautiful. The only problem we had was no one informed us that we had to wear wrist bands the whole time we're there. We found out 2 days before leaving. Hope we left everything satisfactory. Thank you.

The condo has beautiful views of the beach with being able to walk right onto it. Very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Would recommend and also stay there again. Communication with Michael, our contact, was great.

Everything was great except master bedroom mattress and pillow quality. Those need upgrading. Also, the kitchen is insufficient in cooking, storing and preparing (cooking spoons, spatulas, etc.) utensils. We all felt that the large sectional should be repositioned as to open up the window views to the gulf. The property was awesome, parking sufficient in October, and the condo was spacious enoughFor our large family. Elevators were fast and had littleWait. Thank you.

Pros: The condo was the perfect location with a beautiful large deck looking right over the Gulf of Mexico.
Living space was large with plenty of seating and an extra long dinning room table. Plus bars at counter allowed for plent of eating space. The two queens in each of the three extra bedrooms were especially appreciated by our large party. Bathrooms were also large with two of the bedrooms sharing a jack and Jill bath. Other extra room had a private door that went into the guest Bedroom so it felt like an en-suite lively the master.
Cons; extra linens in closet were not clean. Tnere are NO EXTRAs. No salt or pepper. NO extra toilet paper or drying towels. There was one trash bag in the trash can. One of everything and that meant having to buy alot of basics. Would I stay there again…maybe. Just would know to bring everything extra including salt and pepper and spices.

Condo was beautiful and clean. I felt very safe. The beach was fantastic. If I had to put one negative it would be that some of the mattresses were really hard but that is some peoples preference. Would absolutley stay here again.

Everything about the property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the 7 adults, 2 children, 2 toddlers, and one infant! Amenities were very nice and the proximity to the beach was perfect. A couple of items to improve: the kitchen stove was well below par for the quality of the unit-had difficulty regulating heat for cooking; the refrigerator was functional but in need of some TLC; more bath linens would be beneficial as well; we purchased (and donated) more kitchen dish towels and wash cloths. Still a 9.5 out of 10 on our rating!

Great condo and facility. Quiet and clean. Security and maintenance present in pool and outside areas throughout day. Friendly front desk staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Absolutely amazing views of ocean from condo. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Spent week here with kids and grandkids. 10 of us total. Great location on beach. 5 minute walk to Bahama Bob’s. Condo was clean and fully furnished. Covered parking was nice. 16th floor and elevator’s were fast and clean. Indoor and outdoor pool for the little ones on a colder day. Had security on property. Only thing I wish they had was a recliner.

We have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores multiple times and the property is great! This room was a good room plenty of space but the cleanliness was lacking. The floors turned the kids feet black in minutes and there was pancake syrup all down and in some of the cabinets. The view however was not lacking it was amazing!!!

Would rent again
We absolutely loved the location of this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 13 between the bedrooms common area and the giant balcony. The only complaints I have if you can call them that is there was not much in the kitchen for cooking with. So if you are people who like to eat in check what you have to work with before you plan your menu. The other minor thing is that the place could use a new mattress in the master. Like I said minor things that would not keep me from making a return trip.

Water came through door in living room handle broken un master bathroom and and stuff left under couch and mattress needs to be replaced don't sleep good need a new cleaning service Especially for the money you pay.

2 of the bathrooms had showe drain issues and lots of hairs !!! Floors were swept but who knows when last time mopped.

Amazing
Great condo, plenty of room, great view, pool and access to the ocean. Only downfall is when a storm rolls in, they lock the doors and make you walk around the building to get in. They need to find a way to get people out of the weather instead of locking them out.

Phoenix rental review
Condo was very clean and accommodating. Inside and outside pools were very helpful, given that it rained a couple of days. One of the beds had sand in the sheets on the day of arrival, but other than that, it was awesome.

Perfect!
This condo was in a great location! It just needs to have bedding updated and some more cooking pans added (cookie sheets and non-stick skillets) for cooking your own food! We had a great family vacation and look forward to returning!

Two families stayed for a week to celebrate graduation. We had a great week and over all enjoyed the condo. The view is spectacular as you can see both the beach and the bay. The beverage bar and ice machine is a very nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked but more towels for the baths would have been nice. The beds are very firm. The management team was very responsive and professional. Condo is at great location in Gulf Shores. Bahama Bobs was convenient for dinner as it is a short walk away.

Place was great. Our family had a blast.

Awesome condo and great location. The bed in the Master bedroom is very very uncomfortable. The beds in the other rooms were much better. The kitchen really does need to step up its game as fair a cooking supplies. One non stick skillet, one burnt cookie sheet , does not cut it for a condo that sleeps 14. The jack and Jill bath tub is extremely slow draining as well as the sink in the master bathroom. The pool both indoors and out doors is awesome.
