What a great location for traveling in Capri. Close enough to walk to and from the port and easy access to the centro area. The hotel itself was a little updated but we received an upgrade and the staff was great!

Thank you much for the Mari staff on an amazing weekend. So hospitable and made my whole experience wonderful and safe. First time in Capri and WILL be staying with them again.

The service here was top notch. We came with our baby and everyone was so good with him! The view from our room was unbelievable. Morning sun rises, and evening sun sets, so stunning. The walk down to marina was easy, even with baby/stroller where you can access Beach, food, shops, and transit options. Definitely reccomend on the service and views alone. Nice pool and good breakfast selection too. Bar and coffee bar on site too.

Kind and welcoming reception and staff. I enjoyed a large 2 room with big balcony overlooking the port and sea. I'd ome back again, but the facility needs some TLC and electric work.

Not far from the port,waked back and forth every day.

Staff was incredible

This hotel was incredibly convenient for Marina Grande. The staff were very welcoming and the room clean and comfortable. We had a family room, and it was great that the sofa bed for the kids was in a separate area to the main bedroom. It was great to have a pool. The staff were accommodating for leaving luggage until our ferry departure time

This is probably the nastiest place ever seen in my life The toilet came off The AC doesn’t work

Great room with perfect location.

The Hotel is well located close to Marina Grande. Staff is very nice and they do their best to make your stay pleasant and safe. Rooms are spacious and clean and some have large balconies. Breakfast is good and ingredients are fresh.

Simple accomodation with a nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are not soundproof! Fairly close to the harbour but of course uphill.

It’s our second here here. It’s in the best location. Walking distance from the port and the bus stop.

Great stay at Hotel Palatium Mari. The staff was super friendly and the location was close to town so we walked everywhere. Although we didn't have a room with a view, we had a room with a small courtyard where we lounged and sipped cocktails in the evening after our dinner in town. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Pool area was very nice also. I can't say enough about how pleasant the staff was....my daughter left something behind in our room and the hotel notified us immediately. Highly recommend!

Hotel itself was near Grande Marina so it was easy to find. If you want to go have a dinner in restaurant, there are fuew (crowded) places near by at the port, otherwise you have to go to the Capri by taxi or funicolare train. Room was big and balcony was a big plus. Bed was quite uncomfortable, because of that and the fact that traffic was just beneath our balcony it was quite hard to get some sleep. Staff was friendly and welcoming, pool outside was also nice. Lot cheaper price than many other hotels in Capri!

Amazing location for hotel. Capri is a magical place. The hotel was fine and the pool was great! I liked the location, close to the Marina and not far from the town up top. The hotel could spend some time updating the beds they were very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that great stay.

I dont advice any one go there very old hotel its not like pic the staff not helpful you need go far from the marina with your bags or bay 15 Eu only for getting you bags up

No hot water in room and had to use different room

Clean room with spacious private bathroom. Toiletries and towels provided. Delicious buffet breakfast. Great location 10 minutes walk from marina grande where boats arrive.We stayed in room 63 with very large terrasse and beautiful view. I believe there is an extra fee if you wish to make use of kitchen facilities provided in room. If you require kitchen facilities I suggest you check with hotel before booking.

Had an overalll very nice stay in Capri. Great location close to the Marina for boat tours and ferries, and very close to bus stops. Gorgeous view of the sunset and pretty sea.

We got a great deal!! The rooms need updating but had they been so I wouldn’t have been able to afford to stay in Capri!! View from our terrace was awesome as was the staff!!

We were VERY pleased with our stay at Hotel Palatium Mari. Our room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast buffet was very nice with coffee, espresso, cappuccino, fresh breads, cakes, fresh fruit, juice, cereals with milk, ham and cheese. The staff was very gracious and attentive. Less than 10 minutes walking from Marina Grande made it very convenient when we arrived. We were able to leave our bag and explore Capri then returned for check in to a cool and clean room. On check out day we were able to leave our bag at check out time and return for it a few hours later when it was time to catch the ferry. The pool area is nice and clean with bar service. We would definately stay here again!

We paid for a double room however when we arrived we found that all we had was a sofa bed which took up the whole room and then a mini kitchenette which had a notice saying we would be charged €50! I was very disappointed as we paid a very high charge for the room!

A short distance walk of around 7 minutes, up a medium incline hill from the main port in Marina Grande lies the hotel Palatium Mari. Our room (71) was very spacious with a balcony facing the rear. The room including bathroom was near, clean and tidy with facilities working as expected. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, talking to us about local beaches, restaurants etc. To the rear of the property there is a very good size pool, ideal for cooling off in the summer sun-times surrounded by garden and bar area perfect for having a drink following an afternoon at the beech. The only complaint I had was very minor, regarding the toilet which was constantly flushing a small amount of water dripping from the tank to the bowl which was slightly noisy. In summary, a very good hotel excellently located to the marina with good facilities. Would definitely recommend.
