We loved the friendliness and cleanliness of the property. They let us rent a golf cart and when it broke down they were kind enough to let us borrow another one. We didnt need the room to be cleaned while we were there so that wasnt an issue. And the accommodations made for our honeymoon were very sweet. Thanks for the wine!

The villa was clean and comfortable with a nice small pool. It was right next to the airport which wasn’t the worst since it’s so small and there aren’t many flights going in and out. But it’s not very pretty. On my day of arrival. They were 45 minutes late to pick us up from the airport—really not fun and kind of scary being alone with two kids not knowing if they were going to show up at all and not knowing the place was literally 50 feet away. They told me they didn’t come get us because our room wasn’t ready due to plumbing issues. :(. Its not near anything so golf carts are a necessity which I did not feel they made clear. The tv did not work, which with kids in August, I was counting on for some downtime out of the sun. The internet is very spotty-like barely there. They offer you a cooler to bring to the beach but the ice machine is broken. One day I went to the office four times throughout the day and no one was there so I had to buy my own toilet paper. Two days before my departure they abruptly brought me in the office directing me to leave my kids somewhere else because they “wanted to talk to me”. When I entered the office they were just looking at me so I asked if something was wrong. At that point they handed me my bill. It was weird and left me feeling like they thought I wasn’t going to pay or something. There’s just a weird feeling to the place. I would definitely pass and next time rent a cottage near pirate beach or right from the Yacht Club.

We stayed in one of the king bedroom cottages. Embrace has golf cart rentals right on property, pool and is a 3 min walk to airport gate. We stayed here for a couple of nights and Staniel Cay beaches were excellent warm and clear waters. We ate at yacht club a lot which was a 10 min walk or 3 minute golf cart ride. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relax and getaway to a nice friendly quiet island. Dexi in the office was so helpful throughout our stay. She set us up with tours and even a covid test. Excellent customer service making this one of the best vacations ever! Thank you Dexi!!!

First of all, we are not pleased that in this package offered by Expedia, the flight does not go all the way to the island where the hotel in the package is located. We had to spend an additional $1000 more for a flight for 2 people to get to Staniel Cay!!! The property does not have a restaurant as indicated in the description. And during our entire stay, there was construction work being done outside our window starting at 7 am (not very relaxing or easy to access the office). They are currently doing a lot of construction work on the property. The room itself is satisfactory as is the very small pool.

We had some hesitation as it is very close to the airport, but really once we stepped foot on the property is was its own resort. The staff there is wonderful, resort is clean, and a great alternative to the yacht club.

What an amazing property on Staniel Cay. I had seen the house before while swimming at Pirate Beach, so when I saw it pop up on HomeAway I thought it would be a great idea to check it out, and I’m very happy I did. The location is absolutely perfect. A short golf cart ride over to the yacht club and you have, in my opinion, the best beach on the island literally right in your backyard. There’s even a gate and a private path that leads down to the beach. The house itself is perfectly accommodated for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Everything worked perfectly. Cold AC. Clean appliances. Amazing rear deck for sunset drinks. I could not recommend this house more. We will definitely be back!

There was nothing that was unique about this property. The pool was cute however super small. No music to entertain yourself. No food or coffee on site. The coffee in the room was not good whatsoever. The best part I guess I would say was the little store in the front office. However get there before 6 because that’s when it closes. The markets on the island are way too over priced. It’s so ridiculous

One would be hard pressed to find another place with nicer people than on Staniel Cay. Despite the island’s relatively small size, a good book and desire for rest will be plenty of entertainment beside the idyllic seaside. Golf carts are a necessity as they expedite travel, and scheduling a tour of the surrounding islands had never been easier with the help of our excellent host, Ms. Dexy, whom gave us splendid recommendations for tours, local shops, and eateries. Will I go back? Definitely. Now the question is just a matter of when!
