a fantastic contemporary hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the room, I was struck by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail. The decor was stylish yet inviting, creating a perfect sanctuary for relaxation.
What truly made my stay memorable were the unbelievably soft sheets on the bed—like sleeping on a cloud! I woke up refreshed and ready to explore.
The room was well-appointed with all the amenities like a gourmet kitchen for longer stays
The hotel’s location was another highlight; it was conveniently situated near popular attractions, great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
To top it off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such a high-quality experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chic and comfortable stay!

The property was well maintained. The room was very spacious and had lots of storage space. The best part was the front desk staff, specifically Javier, who knew the area and provided great information and tips! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was fantastic and a great value. The balcony was definitely my favorite, and I loved that it was easy to walk around or catch an Uber. It did get a little noisy at times, because it’s two streets behind the main street of the city center, but otherwise it was fine. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The only exception is that the a/c was not working. The hotel did provide a portable unit that got the job done.

Overall stay was OK; the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There is a restaurant right on the side and a convenience store at the corner as well as a pharmacy.

Many dining options nearby and convenience stores and pharmacy ! It’s a very quiet and safe area
I would describe it as a business area ! For the price and location, very worth it ! Especially if you’re not gonna be in your room, for other than sleeping, and you spend your days exploring the city! Def recommend !

Javier & crew were very kind and welcoming! They responded to any questions very promptly and always checked in to make sure my stay was going well. The room is very clean while still feeling comfortable. I highly recommend

I will begin with the good things: The room is very big and comfortable. Bed and bathroom are comfortable. They have a washer and drier you can use for free.
Now the bad things: They MUST say they DO NOT have air conditioner in the rooms. Mexico on these days is hot. That was very uncomfortable. They don't have any amenities at all. Fitness room is nothing. hey just have one person at reception. When he goes to the bathroom or to do anything else, you have to wait at the door to go out or get in. It happens to me two times. Waiting for about 10 mins to open the door to exit.

We loved our stay here. Javier was a fantastic host and his entire team were extremely professional and courteous. The location was perfect for getting to all the places we wanted to see and the small boutique hotel made it possible to get to know our hosts and not just say Hi as we walked past them each day. Javier always had great ideas for things to see or do and he helped us enjoy our visit immensely! We would gladly stay here again.
I wish we had been told ahead of time that the AC in our room was not working so that we may have been more prepared when we arrived, but they provided a fan which made for a comfortable sleep.
Overall, this was a great place to spend our time in CDMX!

The hotel is well located. We had a comfortable stay, except there was no air-conditioning. Javier, the concierge spoke reasonable English, and was very accomodating in all regards. The room was spacious with decent appointments, great bed, pretty minimal supplies in the kitchen if you want to cook.

Excellent location to explore Mexico City. Javier was a wonderful and helpful host for our first time visit. Definitely would recommend MX Grand Suites as the best place to stay !

Everything was great with this place minus the air conditioning. Coming from somewhere that is much colder, I was not used the the hot, humid weather of Mexico City. Aside from that, the room was great, service was excellent, and the room was constantly cleaned well.

Small hotel in a relatively quiet area. Helpful staff. Easy to get around CDMX from here. Do need to travel to other areas for some of the sights/restaurants but Mexico City is very big! No aircon if you go in the summer! A good option if you’re not worried about it being fancy. Had a well equipped kitchen.

Efficiency in Polanco. Large clean rooms around the block from the St. Regis. Helpful person at the checkin desk. Not really a hotel, more like an apartment with a 24/7 doorman. The sheets were a tad old but everything else was just fine.

Very large suites. Staff were accommodating, but didn't speak much English. Patio was very large, however, the motion-sensitive light kept going off after 15 seconds or so, which meant that the patio could not be used after dark. We also liked the location: lively and in the middle of real life, not isolated, and easy to reach places from there.

This property was fabulous, the staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and lots of great restaurants near by. We will stay here again and recommend it to all our friends

Great property, but the water was cold. However, I’ve always wanted to try starting the morning off with cold showers and this property gave me the opportunity to do so and therefore I appreciate it.

We had a wonderful stay at MX Grand - they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all the time. Javier greeted us with a friendly smile everyday and was always ensuring our stay was great! He offered recommendations and information for our visit to Mexico City. Our room was incredibly comfortable. I would stay here again.

Our stay at MX Grand Suites was wonderful. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk manager, Javier. He was incredibly kind and welcoming during our stay-- always asking us how we were doing and offering recommendations. The other staff were also nice and attended to any question we had for them. The room and bathroom were a nice size for two people and the rooms were clean. The only drawback was how thin the walls were but luckily we only had to deal with neighbors for one of the three days we were there. We were also staying on the top floor so the wind would often lightly shake the room. Would stay here again though!

A nice enough looking hotel, but the adjacent room’s balcony is able to look directly into your room…in fact with no difficulty, climb over the railing and onto your balcony…and into your room.
Balcony doors were shaky at best and not easily lockable.
Lighting was not great, and hotel was noisy.

Our room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and came with a well stocked kitchen. The location was very convenient with a good selection of nearby restaurants and cafes and close to many tourist spots. More so, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a comfortable and fun stay here!
