We had an amazing stay. The property was clean and attractive. Our hosts were extremely kind and I really enjoyed an amazing English Breakfast they prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

Rockstone Cottage is excellent.Everything is thought of to make your stay an absolute delight. Amazing choice for breakfast. There was absolutely nothing forgotten in the room. Look no further if you.wish to stay on the island. Such a friendly house.

Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. The property is immaculate and really well located, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hosts provide a very warm welcome and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would thoroughly recommend and I am sure we will return in future.

Had a wonderful stay here. House was full of character, lovely couple that ran the B&B. Our room was comfortable, nice bed, shower etc, overlooking the garden. Quiet.
Breakfast was the best we had whilst staying on the island. Fresh fruit, cereals, cooked, toast etc.
Free parking and wi-fi.
Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Brilliant! Nice room, very close to the beach, lots of breakfast options. Matt and Denise are great, plus their very friendly dog Nelson which greet us upon arrival. Couldn't be better.

We loved the cottage, the service and friendliness. Our only wish was better lighting in the bedroom and we understand this is going to be improved.

From arrival to leaving our stay was a pleasure, extremely clean, food excellent and the owners very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, bus timetables and advice on walks. We had a fantastic stay.

Bought as a honeymoon gift for my son and daughter in law and they both said it was simply fabulous. Thank you for making their time just magical.

Amazing stay! Warm welcome, easy access by bus or car, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, comfortable bed, super clean, beautiful and spacious room, perfect shower, and most delicious breakfast included. All in all, just perfect!

Lovely, comfortable B&B. We had premium room at top of the house which had a good deal of space including sofa to watch TV from. Nice decor. Very good breakfast. Warm welcome from our hosts. We had to drive in to Yarmouth to have dinner but pub across the main road (being renovated) looks like it is going to open fairly soon. Can understand why it has been fully booked for the last 6 months and why clientele return. Note this property is at Colwell Bay and not in the middle of Freshwater proper which includes a number of villages/areas.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room with loads of cupboard and drawer space. Great location (a 3 minute walk from the beach), excellent breakfast and fun hosts. Thank you, Sheena and Gary. We hope to visit again.

Lovely B&B close to the sea. The Merryweathers are great hosts and very attentive. Lots of added touches and great breakfasts.

Lovely, quiet location. Beautiful, clean house. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Delicious breakfasts. Owners helpful and friendly. What more could you want?!!
