My stay here was very comfortable. The space had items that we needed, the beds were comfy and the location was ideal. We walked most places to get food to eat and the options were endless. The rental owners were communicative and prompt.

The entire process start to finish was seamless. The apartment was clean, well stocked and intuitive. I would definitely stay there again when visiting DC.

My friend & I stayed 4 nights in this delightful hideaway.
We each wanted our own bedroom & bathroom, so it worked out well. The unit is updated beautifully and has a full kitchen; pots, pans, dishes, silverware glassware etc. dishwasher, washer & dryer. Beds were comfy.
Very quiet and walkable, friendly neighborhood with mini mart and restaurants a couple blocks away.
I would definitely re t here again.
Lara was great and responsive when I had a question.
Street parking is hit or miss, but we hit it right every time!

Clean, spacious, updated apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great space for 2 couples or small family. Close to zoo, restaurants and shops. Easy access to public transportation. We had a great long weekend stay!

Great neighborhood, clean place. It’s a cab ride to the monuments if you’re i. Town sight seeing but we felt safe in a quiet neigh orhood

Great lower level apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the National Zoo. Beds were very comfortable and linens high quality.

The 2 bed 2 bath garden level unit was a pleasant surprise! Bright light with easy access from street! Lots of supplies and well appointed kitchen. The property management team was outstanding! The communication was prompt and super helpful! The unit is quiet with not much sound from people in unit above this space. Great places to walk and shop, so when we return we would stay again!

All as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. As mentioned in the listing it can get noisy in the morning with the children upstairs. But this place is recommended.

We liked everything about the flat itself. It has been beautifully redone and is very comfortable with all of the amenities we would look for when traveling. I think if I had to pick again, I would likely have looked for a place closer to a Metro stop. I was thinking that it would be a quick Uber ride back and forth from our activities. But, with traffic, it was more like 20-25 minutes. We rode the Metro on a couple of occasions and it is easy to get around. But, we were a little uncomfortable with a stop that was a half mile away and walking through the neighborhood at night. We tried a local restaurant and it was really good. You can tell that this will be a great neighborhood in a couple of years.

Very clean cute well stocked basement apartment. Super great neighborhood, parking worked out, go to Purple Patch for dinner. Only negative was the upstairs family was so loud 7 am to 8 am every morning. The kids were jumping off furniture , furniture was scraping across floor and it was crazy loud up there. The floorboards were cracking at times. Not sure what room was above the master.

We were traveling for a conference and it was so nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood instead of near the convention center. The close proximity of the Metro made travel back and forth to my conference and around town very easy. Beautiful apartment! I always appreciate a well equipped kitchen. Overall, we had a great experience.
