We traveled with our daughter, her husband and a 3 year old. It was a perfect sized space with excellent immunities. Our favorite was the shaded patio where my granddaughter played in the sand to her hearts content. The beach was just steps away.

The property, though older, is well-maintained and the amenities are high-quality. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was super. Kitchen was well-stocked (again with quality cookware and utensils) and daily necessities were provided - plenty of soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry supplies, etc. Truly, our only complaint was that the can opener was dull and didn't cut through the lid. I would recommend replacing it.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it's starting to feel like home away from home. It's comfortable, clean, convenient, well-stocked and well-designed. The single level makes it easy with pets and kids. The second bathroom is great, but note that you do have to go outside to access it.

Perfect size rental for our family of 4 and 1 dog. Great location...not on crowded end of Pensacola Beach. House is very well stocked (kitchen, beddings, beach toys, new gas grill, etc.). Rental management was also very prompt and courteous. Zero complaints. Will definitely come back.

This house was amazing! Plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were supplied, which was fantastic. We always travel with those items so next year we will lighten our load! Lots of outside space to enjoy. The beach walk was close and the beach was relativity private. The house was clean and very well laid out. We really had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. :-)

Perfect small house. I appreciated the quality of the towels-so thick and luscious-the house was exceptionally clean. I have rented about 7 different houses-this one is by far the best. Location is literally a few steps to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. We have dogs and always carry a coverlet but when we arrived one was already on sofa. I hope all pet owners treat this house properly so it stays in great condition as we plan on renting this every time we are in Pensacola.

Just a great location! Far enough away from town to be quiet but literally steps from the beach. This is a perfect size for a couple looking to escape the winter. Property was very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were unexpected nice touches like dish, laundry and big bars of Dove soap, brand name shampoo and conditioner, stacks of towels and big beach towels, all the paper products, beach toys and chairs -- really everything we could possibly want to have a wonderful stay. The beach, especially at this quieter time of year, is beyond compare -- and we've been to Tahiti, Hawaii and more southern FL. The access to such a beach was the highlight and will be why we plan to return again and for longer and stay once again at this charming, comfy beach home.

From the moment we walked into this home we felt completing comfortable. A group of friends from various parts of the country met to enjoy a relaxing getaway after Christmas. We all kept commenting how much we loved the mid-century style of the home, the tasteful remodel, and how well-appointed it was. Cooking every evening was a breeze in this open and well-stocked kitchen. We also loved the proximity to the beach just across the street. Sunrises and sunsets are hard to beat on Pensacola beach and are worth the effort of an early morning walk on the beach! Our dogs loved the fenced back yard and walks in the neighborhood. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible space with us. We will definitely be back!

After staying in 1207 Ariola 3 times, I will be booking it the 4th as soon as possible! The home is immaculate, most relaxing for a peaceful vacation. Beautiful backyard with a great gathering area. Plenty of space for pets to play and explore. So well maintained you will want for nothing. If you do need something the manager’s at Paradise are very friendly and ready to help with anything! I can’t possibly say enough about this home, just steps from the beach.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this charming beach house. It's only seconds to the beach. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The house was incredibly well-stocked in terms of the kitchen tools, towels, toiletries, and beach gear. We felt very well-cared for! And this seems silly to comment on but there are an abundance of hooks to hang towels and wet bathing suits. It's a little thing but surprising how many beach houses lack in this area. I guess it's just one small example of how thoughtful and smartly appointmented this gem is. The outdoor areas were great and made the space seem twice as large. We brought our pups and they loved the fenced in yard. We will absolutely stay here again if we have the chance! P.S. My 9-year old son says to try the mashed potatoes at the Grand Marlin. Highly recommended. Lol...

This is our 2nd time staying in Ariola 1207. We loved it last summer and it was just as good this summer! It might be a smaller house, but it’s so nice and clean on the inside! It has so much personality with the cute decor and rooftop deck. Did I mention the location? It’s just a skip, hop, and a jump across the street from the beach! We will be back next year with paradise beach homes, just in a bigger house on this street, because we are bringing family!! You can’t go wrong with this cute little house!
