Location met our needs. The jacuzzi tub was great.

The property has “been under construction “ since before we were here last year, and there doesn’t seem to be any actual work being done. The main elevator didn’t work a year ago, and it still wasn’t working this past weekend. The auto door sensor for the side entrance doesn’t work and you have to manually open and shut it- this is how it was a year ago. People with disabilities can’t handle that door and have to walk around. The front desk person at check in was not the most polite and was even muttering negative statements about coworkers and their mistakes. The price we paid was way too high for the experience.

It was very close to the ocean

The WiFi was horrible only connected to the front desk. When I checked into the hotel it was great then I went to shower when I first got into my room they didn’t refill the soap and shampoo so I didn’t have a lot of shampoo for my shower l. The elevator is broken so my 78 yr old father couldn’t leave the room hardly as he can’t do stairs that well. I asked to check out early as it was a horrible experience all they said was you need to call booking.com we can’t do anything for you. Sorry….. and “we sent you an email about the elevator not working….. nope they did not they sent 3 emails though of the pool ain’t working and your room is not pet friendly

The room we reserved was a great price, very spacious and was easily accessible. Even though it was a "pet" room, it did not smell and didn't look chewed up. I was not expecting a little sitting room/bar area for the price we paid. I was extremely happy with the room. The hotel was going through some renovations but this did not affect us at all.

The view was wonderful, and the room was clean.

The microwave didn't work, and the balcony and pool were closed.

Breakfast was good. Location was good

I knew the swimming pool was being worked on so I missed that

Staff was really friendly and had great recommendations of local out of the way places to visit. Tammy is an exceptional employee and the only reason this establishment received this rating.

The facilities are old, run down, and closed. No pool, restaurant, or working elevator to the 3rd floor!!

Breakfast and location Was good?

No main elevator was a bummer, no swimming pool really sucked. I have a seven year old who was looking forward to it and the fact that you could not use our balcony to enjoy the view be paid for because apparently it was rotten. Definitely a bummer that we were not notified of it Until we were on our way

I love that the hotel is pet friendly, and the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast selection was amazing. The room was beautiful and comfortable

Definitely could use a broom and more towels because of the location. It would have been nice to be able to sweep the sand outside.

Average breakfast. Bacon was dry, crumbles and not good quality.

Renovation had the balcony locked and window would only open 6 inches. Room was very hot and stuffy. Pool and all amenities closed. Couch was broken down and beds were not very comfortable.

Rooms ok, staff nice, location great if you want to be in Ocean Shores

This hotel probably used to be nice, it’s on its last legs now. Main elevator doesn’t work, pool, hot tub and restaurant closed. Didn’t really like Ocean Shores…I’d pick a different town next time.

Being close to the beach.

The elevator was broken, and we were on the 4th floor. The breakfast wasn’t very good, and it was very crowded. The pool and hot tub were out of service. For the amount of money we paid for the room, I thought it should have been better.

The location is on the beach. The fact that they are dog friendly. They also offer a decent breakfast included with the stay.

The beds are too hard for me. They don't have Air conditioning however they do have a ceiling fan. The elevator was not working luckily we were on the first floor so it wasn't a problem for us.

Not many choices for the continental breakfast and generic options which was surprising being that we paid a good price for the room. The room below us had two German Shepards that barked anytime we moved around in our room. They were over the weight limit, according to the rules. Thankfully they didn't wake us during the night.
