That it was located close to the airport.

A lot!!!! The brightest moment for me was the overnight staff member. She was pleasant and helpful. Other than that, everything else was downhill from her. Most memorable, roaches crawling EVERYWHERE! I was afraid to even open my suitcase. Also, this hotel being one of a few closest to the airport and it being an Extended Stay location there were lots of late night rowdy construction workers and, seemingly, “call girls” on property in the wee hours of the morning. This, among other things led to late night noises and domestic-like disturbances so loud security (or cops) had to be called. I didn’t bother to investigate upon hearing the police-style radio. Besides, I’d FINALLY found a warm spot after having a bone-chilling experience with the room. The air/fan had been blasting for hours, it seemed, and the room was a walk in freezer. I tried heating it up and “pop!”, the heat is NOT working and this pop sound was the evidence I needed to know it was broken and likely unfixed for a long time. The astronomical room deposit ($100) is NOT worth it! This place needs a total revamp and new management. Even then, without careful and systematic evaluation —top to bottom—this location is destined to fail. It could—and should—be a much better managed property. It gives Extended Stay a bad name for me. I travel a lots to these parts each year but at this point I would be very reluctant—if not very adamant about NOT recommending Extended Stay in Tallahassee, Florida.I

Prices are good sometimes

Just loud and people playing music so loud in there rooms and you can literally hear it all the way down to the other end of the hallway and nobody ask them to cut it down or off

Power went out to the entire hotel 2 hours after getting in the room, didn’t come back on for the entire night.

The lights went out half of the night. They had roaches running in the room, the bathtub leaked all night.I couldnt sleep for the people wanted to know why the lights were out they just kept slamming there room doors. It was awful to tell the truth
