clean amd tidy simple but adequate

Quiet area. Water was hot and heating kept the room comfortable.

Lots. Listing made the room out to be a garden room, it wasn't. Private bathroom was non existent, it's basically the family bathroom on first floor, despite the basic very small double room being downstairs. No locks on either my room or the bathroom is just plain weird and somewhat creepy and reminiscent of Bates Motel. Definitely not to my liking. Despite the listing specifying "strictly no pets" a ginger cat appeared on my bed at 6.15am. God only knows how that was in there. I'm allergic to cats, so that was great, Not! Not to my liking at all. Booking.Com's response wasn't that helpful either. A poor experience.

False advertising. Private bathroom equated to a shared loo across the hallway from the room and shared bathroom upstairs from the room. Very disappointed with the vendors write up.
