The apartment was very clean and has towels, kitchen equipment, soap and is very close to the beach. Around you have lots of shops, bars and restaurant and bus stops are right infront of the building if you want to go to the center or to the city of arts.

We would choose this apartment once again next time when we will be in Valencia.

It was the perfect space for three of us for a weekend break! it was out of the centre so it was quiet, but it was a short walk to the beach and so easy to access the city centre! there was also a shop just across the road which is so convenient!

the refrigerator smelt of old fish, very weird? the hairdryer is not very good, the walls are paper thin and it sounds like a wind tunnel outside of the window all night long, the sound really travels.

Great location,close to the beach. The apartment itself is great,it has all you need ,big enough for a family of four.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was nice and clean,everything working fine. Perfect for family 2 +1. Location is good 5 mins walk to the beach and marina. No oven, washing machine, and dishwasher but for us was fine because we have food in town. Lift was very handy apartment is based on 4th floor 😉

Sofa bed in living room could be a bit bigger.

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. You can rent a bike from them at a discount, which is nice. The flat is close to the beach, 12 min walk from the train station and 30min walk from the Oceanographic.

Floor was very dusty when we arrived. The shower (head and area) is too small. You can barely turn around without messing with the water temperature. The air conditioner was very dirty and we couldn't use it. TVs are old, not smart. So no streaming whatsoever. All in all the flat is much simpler than the photos may suggest, a bit disappointing.

clean, perfect sized appartment, good enough for a small family. kitchen had a microwave and all the utilities. very friendly staff, did her best in every way to help us.

paperthin walls, neighbours partied and made lots of noise. but the staff handled it very well, parties stopped once we informed the staff. this was absolutely not their fault. staff took action asap.

The hosts worked right underneath our apartment -- and hence always available, they were reliable and friendly. The location was great but accommodations were a bit spartan.

The apartment was clean, the communication with the host was fine and prompt. The location is the best! Close to everything, including the beach.

The walls in the bedroom are quite thin so you can hear everything the other people do, but we were lucky as our neighbors were not particularly noisy. This is not a minus, but a suggestion: it would be great to have laundry - washing machine at least to be able to wash clothes, probably available for everyone in the building or separately in each apartment, as it can come handy to wash clothes, but we used a laundromat nearby so it was also fine.

very basic. sofa bed not good quality at all. no toilet paper provided and we arrived in the middle of the night ! the fridge door was broken. we were told to call them 20 minutes before arriving as we had a late check in and nobody was answering the phone which was very stressful as it was the middle of the night and we had two very tired children with no idea if we had someone to receive us give the keys. in the end someone was there but it caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Great location, spacious room for 1 to 2 people in the smaller apartment. Very friendly personal, they helped in everything.
