We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The only thing not so great was the water pressure of the shower. It was very weak. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The hotel was clean but a bit dated.

The room was not well appointed. We had to call down for additional towels as there were only two sets for two adults. The hair dryer only worked on the low setting and it had something sticky all over it. I declined to use it. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the orange juice was water. For an “executive“ hotel with room rates hovering around 300 per night, this is definitely substandard. On the good side, the bed was comfortable.

The people who checked us in asked for my credit card instead of my driver's license. Hotels already had taken care of that issue so a form of ID should have been suitable. They were very arrogant when I questioned about them asking for a copy of my credit card front and back. Very valuable information for a couple of shady looking characters. It was dark when we entered our room and had to walk around in the dark to find a light. The light switch at the door entering the room didn't switch anything after examining the room. Very unsafe. Then when I went to plug in my phone charger I found the electric plug in was pushed up into the wall and I couldn't get it to stay plugged in and the other side of the bed was the same way. That's a electrical issue in a public place that should be inspected by a qualified electrician for violations and should be shut down immediately.

Booked 2 nights and only stayed one. Very bad part of town. Walmart directly across the street. I was stuck in the elevator twice. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the arched bar holding it was broke and dangling, not to mention the curly hairs left in the tub.

Well the place was quite noisy. And ice machine not working, one of the elevators it working. Smokers near front entrance made the entrance way smell. Tried to charge my stay on my cards when I had paid through hotels.com

The only improvement is the parking and a few people loitering outside the front door but I carry a concealed weapon.

Check in staff was unfriendly. Elevator was not functioning properly. Room was dated. Breakfast was terrible.

The staff is great! But one of the two elevators is broken so it takes a long time to get to the lobby if you’re on one of the top floors. Also, I was charged $200 because I accidentally booked the room twice and would not issue me a refund.

This was a very nice hotel. Nice people and lobby. It seems like one of the elevators was not working during our stay, I never saw it open during the long waits for the other one. The parking was also limited, sometimes you had to go all the way around the dark back of the building to park. The neighborhood looked ok, a couple sketchy areas, not really a good walking location. Walmart across the street, gas station next door so that was handy. All in all a very nice spot, Rooms were spacious and clean.

The internet was very poor

This is my second visit to this hotel, and even though my previous experience wasn't that good, it wasn't bad enough for me to not give it one more go. I'm pleased I did, because it was an improved experience, I will say that. So on balance, weighing up both visits, I would say that this hotel is perfectly fine and has redeemed itself somewhat after my previous visit. The location has the convenience of having a 7-11, gas station, Walmart, fast food restaurants and a fantastic steakhouse that you must, MUST go to! If you like steak that is... All within 5 minutes walking distance.

This Best Western is dated and seems like it is waiting for a brand change. It was not even close to being up to par with other BW's I have stayed in. There was no attention to any detail. It seemed that the employees just did not care. Small stuff but shows the lack of attention, the door knob for the bathroom was not aligned and loose, the TP holder roll was the wrong size for the holder and broken, dirt and debris in the hallway floors. Only one elevator was in working order. It was so slow it seemed like we were stuck between floors. I brought the issue up to the staff and they replied, "Yeah we know it is broke but we are not going o fix it until the slow season starts." It was August. We used the stairs mostly. I suggest the BW send a secret shopper to evaluate. We will never stay here again. Disappointed.

I have used Best Western a lot and it is one of my most favorite hotels. This time my experience was still good in general except for a few glitches. First, the elevators were not working properly. One stopped working completely and the other was moving extremely slowly. Second, the lock of my room stopped working completely and I had to find a maintenance staff to open it with a physical key. The knob for the shower was confusing. While the sign indicated cold water first, then hot water, it was actually the opposite. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast was good and the room service was great!

The room wasn’t very clean, there was still trash from last guest. And the key didn’t work had to go multiple times to tell them that I could t get in my room. Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. Overall it was good

The elevators need to be replaced, when we first arrived we were assigned a room on the 7th floor. We got in and pushed the button, the elevator doors closed and nothing happened for around 3-4 mins. Then it went to the 2nd floor and opened, closed again, and went back down to the 1st. Again, we tried, the doors stayed closed for 3-4 mins, went up to the 2nd floor, then back down to the first. Someone who worked in the hotel got in, swiped his badge and said the elevator is very slow. Again, doors closed, stopped at 2nd floor, but this time it went up to the 3rd. It took about 20 mins just to get to the 7th floor. The next morning we got in, pushed the lobby button and the elevator raced so fast down to the first floor I actually panicked because I thought it had broke and we were crashing. It was terrifying seeing the numbers change so quickly and it felt like I was in a rollercoaster. Aside from that terrifying experience the sink in our room was loose and the room was a bit dated. Clean but dated. Would not stay here again.

Elevator was so slow, only one was working

Very slow moving elevator. Cracked bathroom sink. Breakfast danish buns were obviously days old. Hallway had a bad odor. We will not stay here again

our bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower will overflow with water on top of that a staff member burger into our room at 1am while we were sleeping!! supposedly saying our room was not in order and that there was no one signed into this room when i checked in at 2pm??

Lighting in hallway is poor, elevator kept having issues, front desk customer service was ok. Hallways did not smell fresh. 2nd time staying here , 1st time not as bad but this time there were more unsavory activities like drug use nearby, we decided this will be our last stay .

Front desk agent was very indifferent when we checked in, didn’t even smile a bit. Made us feel unwelcomed. Stayed here 2 nights. Room was comfortable and fairly clean. Walmart, Macdonald and 7 Eleven is within walking distance. The breakfast was reasonable. This is an old building, elevator was always busy. Pool wasn’t clean. It’s an average property, probably won’t stay here again.

This is the worst hotel one can imagine. Right next to the very loud interstate, breakfast has hardly any choice and provides for the cheapest stuff ever, rooms were not made during the day, no functional curtains to keep the sight on the interstate with all the noise and light out of the room. It was hard to find any sleep and when we asked for a chat with the manager, it was pretended that such manager is in a meeting. We never received a call back. Don’t ever use this hotel, they are not willing to fix any issues or refund any payments due to unacceptable rooms.
