Room is very small

Good location but broken air con made 3/6 nights extremely uncomfortable

Entry is up several steps - tough with luggage and there is no ramp/elevator to the reception level. Tv did nit work. Had issues with keys which stopped working daily. Great location re Dom, museums.

Great location, excellent staff. Wifi was spotty at best, so if you're planning on working on using wifi I'd suggest you be comfortable going to a coffee shop or chose a different place. AC never really worked in our room, luckily not too hot during our stay.

Great location with Cologne in easy walking distance. Great room size and storage. Slight negative (but personal preference) 1 large soft pillow, made lazing in room a bit of hassle if want to sit up reading.

The staff is very professional, amazing help.. the Accommodations were amazing as well, The breakfast was very hot, delicious and fully stocked

The staff is fantastic and everything you need on you visit to Cologne is within walking distance. The check-in is a bit tedious by iPad, but that’s only my preference. This is not our first or last visit to this hotel.

This hotel is marketed as having many accommodations. I would double check before you stay here. They haven't had Laundry Service since COVID but continue to market as having it, and do not believe there is anything wrong with this. They blame Expedia, Expedia blames them. As a customer, you watch your money get wasted. The outside of this hotel smells like a homeless camp, probably because of the homeless that linger on the steps and beg for your money as you walk in and out. My room had multiple electrical sockets not working, they said they would come up immediately and look at the issue. They never did. The breakfast taste like US cafeteria food. The service workers were always coming up with an excuse, like "I just started here" or "you'll have to speak with someone else, they aren't here right now" or "we do not write whats on Expedia, someone else does". They had construction going on for 3 of the days we were there and it was loud and obnoxious. Nothing better in Europe than power tools and hammering. When I addressed these issues, the response was I did not follow the refunding policy so I do not get to be heard. If you are going to Cologne, there are so many other hotels to pick. I would avoid this one. This hotel does not mind tricking you out of your money.

Great place to stay

This hotel was in a great location. It was very walkable to the Cathedral. We used parking across and down the street. Great hotel.

Big room with a great view. The room was clean and the bed was great.

Bad attitudes by reception staff

Solid property with excellent, consistent housekeeping. Pretty basic amenities but in a good location, especially for Philharmonie concerts.

Great location, close to most major attractions, a bit noisy at night but you are downtown. Hotel is new, clean. Rooms a little small but good value for 1/2 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great location

While I stayed 7 days with my colleague, they provided two bottles of water at checkin but they rejected my request of more waters. It made us uncomfortable.

Beds aren’t the comfiest

Clean and comfortable room across the street from the magnificent cathedral. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes and stores. Perfect for anyone arriving by train and wanting to be in the old town area.

The room is fairly small. No any bottle water supply even for the first day check in. It is lack of bathroom basic supplies like shower cap, Qtip, etc . The breakfast charged 18 euro per day is quite simple and exact the same items every day while we stayed for 8 days in a business trip.

The property was excellent in almost all respects (room, staff, breakfast). The only shortcoming was the wifi, which was at best flaky - it was so poor that one could not watch videos.

The hotel did not provide even one bottle of free water when arrival. No any bathroom supply like hair cap, Q tip for shower needs. The refrigerator is not working in the room. No any restaurant in the hotel for its rating as 4 star. Anyway, from any standard, it can most be rated as 3 star in my opinion.

Anytime I've stayed here I've really enjoyed everything about the hotel and the view of The Dom is amazing.

I really appreciated the early check in. The hotel is close to the cathedral and train station. This was the reason why I chose to stay here as it was very convenient for me. My hotel room had a very bad view though. I requested a good view of the city or street nearby, but all I got was a building a roof. Other than that, it was a quiet 1 night stay.

Nice and close to the Dom.. but not very comfortable beds (they were very "firm").

Right next to the massive Cathedral and convent for everything we wanted to do.

Very close to Köln Cathedral, Köln Hauptbahnhof and restaurants and museums. Our room had a great view of the cathedral.
